مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ ۖ لَا يَرَوْنَ فِيهَا شَمْسًا وَلَا زَمْهَرِيرًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Reclining therein upon couches, they will find there neither excessive heat nor excessive cold.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

وہ اس میں تختوں پر تکیہ لگائے بیٹھے ہوں گے۔ نہ تو وہ اُس میں سخت دھوپ دیکھیں گے اور نہ سخت سردی۔

Ils y seront accoudés sur des coussins disposés sur des canapés , ils n’y connaîtront ni la chaleur extrême, ni le froid extrême.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

وہ اس باغ میں چھپر کھٹوں پر تکئیے لگا کر بیٹھے ہوں گے۔ نہ تو اس باغ میں شدید گرمی دیکھیں گے اور نہ شدید سردی۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[b]Reclining therein upon couches, they will experience therein [c]neither excessive heat nor bitter cold.

Reclining therein upon couches,[b] they will experience there neither excessive heat nor excessive cold[c].[4487]

Important Words:

زمھریرا (excessive cold) is derived from زمھر. They say زمھرت العین او ازمھرت i.e. the eye became red on account of anger. ازمھر الیومmeans, the day became intensely cold. ازمھر وجھه means, his face became contracted with a stern or morose look. زمھریرmeans, cold or intense cold (Lane & Aqrab).

وہاں وہ اونچی مسندوں پر تکیے لگائے بیٹھے ہونگے نہ اُنہیں دھوپ کی گرمی ستائے گی نہ جاڑے کی ٹھر

English - Sahih

[They will be] reclining therein on adorned couches. They will not see therein any [burning] sun or [freezing] cold.

اس میں تختوں پر تکیہ لگائے ہوئے ہوں گے نہ وہاں دھوپ دیکھیں گے اور نہ سردی
