كَدَأْبِ ءَالِ فِرْعَوْنَ ۙ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Their case is like the case of the people of Pharaoh and those before them: they disbelieved in the Signs of Allah; so Allah punished them for their sins. Surely, Allah is Powerful and severe in punishing.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
فرعون کی قوم اور ان لوگوں کے اسلوب کی طرح جو اُن سے پہلے تھے (تمہارا بھی اسلوب ہے)۔ انہوں نے اللہ کی آیات کا انکار کیا تھا۔ پس اللہ نے ان کو ان کے گناہوں کے سبب سے پکڑ لیا۔ یقیناً اللہ بہت طاقت ور (اور) سزا دینے میں بہت سخت ہے۔
French
Votre situation sera pareille à celle du peuple de Pharaon et de leurs devanciers ; ils n’avaient pas cru aux Signes d’Allāh ; Allāh les a donc punis pour leurs péchés. Assurément Allāh est Très-Fort et est Sévère en rétribution.

Wie die Leute Pharaos und die vor ihnen waren: Sie glaubten nicht an die Zeichen Allahs; darum strafte sie Allah für ihre Sünden. Wahrlich, Allah ist allmächtig, streng im Strafen.

[f](你们的情况) 将类似法老民族及其以前的那些人们的情况, 他们不信安拉的迹象; 於是安拉因他们的罪恶惩罚了他们。安拉确是最有力的, 严于惩罚的。

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
فرعون کی قوم کے طریق کے مطابق اور ان لوگوں کے (طریق کے مطابق) جو ان سے پہلے گزرے ہیں (تمہارا حشر ہوگا) ان سب نے اللہ کی آیتوں کا انکار کیا تھا۔ اس لئے اللہ نے ان کے گناہوں کے سبب سے ان کو پکڑ لیا۔ اللہ یقیناً بڑی طاقت والا (اور) سخت سزا دینے والا ہے۔

[b]Their case is like the case of the people of Pharaoh and those before them: they disbelieved in the Signs of Allah; so Allah punished them for their sins. Surely, Allah is Powerful and severe in punishing.[1141]
3:12; 8:55.
Commentary:
The verse signifies that Allah has dealt with the opponents of Islam just as He dealt with the people of Pharaoh. The reference is to the Battle of Badr, where God destroyed Abu Jahl and his host as He destroyed Pharaoh and his people in the sea. The verse thus points to the similarity between the Holy Prophet and Moses (see Deut. 18:18).

یہ معاملہ ان کے ساتھ اُسی طرح پیش آیا جس طرح آلِ فرعون اور ان سے پہلے کے دُوسرے لوگوں کے ساتھ پیش آتا رہا ہے کہ انہوں نے اللہ کی آیات کو ماننے سے انکار کیا اور اللہ نے ان کے گناہوں پر انہیں پکڑ لیا اللہ قوت رکھتا ہے اور سخت سزا دینے والا ہے

[Theirs is] like the custom of the people of Pharaoh and of those before them. They disbelieved in the signs of Allah, so Allah seized them for their sins. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and severe in penalty.
