(جو) بہت معزز (اور) بڑے نیک ہیں۔
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
(ایسے لوگوں کے ہاتھوں میں) جو معزز ہیں اور اعلیٰ درجہ کے نیکو کار ہیں۔
یعنی قرآن مجید کی برکت سے صحابہؓ بڑی بڑی عزتیں پائیں گے اور نیکیوں میں ترقی کریں گے۔

Noble and virtuous.
As against three prominent characteristics of the Qur’an mentioned in the preceding verses (14, 15) three equally marked qualities of the bearers of its Message have been mentioned in this and the preceding verse. The bearers of the Quranic Message are not only noble and virtuous but they travel far and wide to explain and spread it.
