9:15

وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And that He may take away the wrath of their hearts. And Allah turns with mercy to whomsoever He pleases. And Allah is All-Knowing, Wise.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور ان کے دلوں کا غصّہ دور کردے گا۔ اور اللہ جس پر چاہے توبہ قبول کرتے ہوئے جھکتا ہے اور اللہ بہت جاننے والا (اور) بہت حکمت والا ہے۔

French

Et afin qu’Il puisse enlever le courroux de leurs cœurs. Et Allāh Se tourne avec clémence vers qui Il veut. Et Allāh est Omniscient, Sage.

German

und Er wird den Zorn aus ihren Herzen bannen. Denn Allah kehrt Sich gnädig dem zu, den Er will. Und Allah ist allwissend, allweise.

消除他们心中的义愤。安拉对其所意欲的人施予恩惠。安拉是全知的, 明哲的。

Italian

E affinché Egli possa togliere l'ira dai loro cuori. E Allah si volge con misericordia a chiunque Gli aggrada. E Allah è l'Onnisciente, il Saggio.

Spanish

Y para que expulse la cólera de sus corazones. Pues Al-lah se dirige con misericordia a quien Le place. Y Al-lah es Omnisciente, Sabio.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور ان کے دلوں کے غصہ کو دور کر دے گا اور اللہ جس پر چاہتا ہے فضل کرتا ہے اور اللہ بہت جاننے والا (اور) بڑی حکمت والا ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And that He may remove the anger of their hearts. And Allah turns with mercy to whomsoever He pleases. And Allah is All-Knowing, Wise.

English - Five Volume Translation

And that He may take away the wrath of their hearts. And Allah turns with mercy to whomsoever He pleases. And Allah is All-Knowing, Wise.[1178]

Commentary:

The pronoun "their" in the words, the wrath of their hearts, refers to disbelievers, and the sentence means that God may thereby do away with the wrath that had been kindled in the hearts of disbelievers against Muslims. This could be done in two ways: (1) by crushing their power completely and forever; or (2) by making them accept Islam. Both of these means are intended here, for there were some who were destroyed and their power crushed and there were others who saw the light and voluntarily embraced Islam. The following words, And Allah turns with mercy to whomsoever He pleases, obviously refer to the latter class.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اور ان کے قلوب کی جلن مٹا دے گا، اور جسے چاہے گا توبہ کی توفیق بھی دے گا اللہ سب کچھ جاننے والا اور دانا ہے

English - Sahih

And remove the fury in the believers' hearts. And Allah turns in forgiveness to whom He wills; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

اور ان کے دلوں سے غصہ دور کر ے اور الله جسے چاہے توبہ نصیب کرے اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے

English - Talal Itani

And remove (the) anger (of) their hearts. And Allah accepts repentance of whom He wills. And Allah (is) All-Knower, All-Wise.

اردہ تفصیرِ صغیر نوٹس ^*

and He will remove the rage within their hearts; and God turns towards whomsoever He will; God is All-knowing, All-wise

and will remove rage from their hearts, and will enable whomsoever He wills to repent. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

And remove the anger from their breasts; for God turns to whosoever desires. God is all-knowing and all-wise.
