وَاِذَا الۡعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتۡ
عِشَار (‘Ishar) 是 عُشَرَاء (‘Ushara’) 的复数, 意思是十月怀孕的母驼。عِشَار (‘Ishar)可指有些已经产仔和有些可望要产仔的母驼 (Lane)。这节经文的意思是: 当母驼甚至在阿拉伯也要失去意义的时候。这里似乎是指, 骆驼要被更好、更迅速的交通工具所取代--------火车、轮船、汽车、飞机等等。在穆圣的一段圣训中特别提到了骆驼被其他交通工具所取代, 这段圣训的大意是: “骆驼将被抛弃, 不再用来旅行”。(《穆斯林》)
یعنی ریل اور موٹر ایجاد ہو جائیں گی تو حجاز میں اونٹوں پر سفر کرنے کی ضرورت بہت کم ہو جائے گی۔ دس مہینے کی گابھن اونٹنی اس لئے کہا کہ جب اونٹنی دس مہینے کی گابھن ہو تو اس کے بچہ کے انتظار میں اس کی قیمت بڑھ جاتی ہے اور تبھی اسے چھوڑا جا سکتا ہے جب اونٹ کی ضرورت باقی نہ رہے۔ چنانچہ ریل‘ ہوائی جہاز اور موٹر کی ایجادنے اس پیشگوئی کو پورا کر دیا ہے۔
‘Ishar is the plural of ‘Ushara’ which means, a she-camel that has been ten-months with young. ‘Ishar is applied to she-camels until some of them have brought forth and others are expected to bring forth (Lane). The verse means that when she-camels will lose their importance even in Arabia.
