وَقَالُوۡا مَہۡمَا تَاۡتِنَا بِہٖ مِنۡ اٰیَۃٍ لِّتَسۡحَرَنَا بِہَا فَمَا نَحۡنُ لَکَ بِمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And they said, ‘Whatever Sign thou mayest bring us to bewitch us with, we will not believe in thee.’
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اور انہوں نے کہا تُو جو نشان بھی چاہے لے آ تاکہ تُو اُس سے ہمیں مسحور کر دے تب بھی ہم تجھ پر ہرگز ایمان لانے والے نہیں۔

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور ان[1] لوگوں نے کہا۔ جب بھی کوئی نشان تو ہمارے پاس لائے گا تا کہ تو اس کے ذریعہ سے ہم کو فریب دے تو ہم تجھ پر ہرگز ایمان نہیں لائیں گے۔
فرعون کی قوم کی طرف اشارہ ہے۔

And they said, ‘Whatever Sign thou mayest bring us to bewitch us with, [c]we will not submit to thee.’
10:79.

And they said, ‘Whatever Sign thou mayest bring us to bewitch us with, [a]we will not believe in thee.’[1022]
10:79.
Commentary:
Pharaoh’s people proudly said to Moses that however great and powerful the signs he might show, they would never submit to him and would never allow the Israelites to go with him.
اردو ترجمہ مودودی
انہوں نے موسیٰؑ سے کہا کہ "تو ہمیں مسحور کرنے کے لیے خواہ کوئی نشانی لے آئے، ہم تو تیری بات ماننے والے نہیں ہیں"
English - Sahih
And they said, "No matter what sign you bring us with which to bewitch us, we will not be believers in you."

اور کہا جوکوئی نشانی تو ہمارے پاس لائے گا ہم پر اس کے ذریعہ سے جادو کرے سو ہم تجھ پر ہر گز ایمان نہ لائیں گے
