قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ عَٰلِمَ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ أَنتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِى مَا كَانُوا۟ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Say, ‘O Allah! Originator of the heavens and the earth; Knower of the unseen and the seen; Thou alone wilt judge between Thy servants concerning that in which they differed.’
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
تُو کہہ دے اے اللہ! آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے! غیب اور حاضر کو جاننے والے! تُو ہی اپنے بندوں کے درمیان فیصلہ کرے گا (ہر) اس معاملہ میں جس میں وہ اختلاف کرتے ہیں۔

Dis : « Ô Allāh ! Créateur des cieux et de la terre, Qui connaît l’invisible et le visible, Toi Seul jugeras entre Tes serviteurs à propos de ce sur quoi ils étaient en désaccord. »

تو کہہ دے اے اللہ! (اے) آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کرنے والے‘ غیب اور ظاہر کا علم رکھنے والے! تو ہی اپنے بندوں کے درمیان ان تمام چیزوں کا فیصلہ کرنے والا ہے جن میں وہ اختلاف کرتے ہیں۔

Commentary:
In the preceding verse reference was made to Divine Unity. The present verse mentions those attributes that are inseparably linked with Divine Unity. These attributes are that God is the sole Originator and Creator of the heavens and the earth and that He is the Knower of the unseen and the seen.

کہو، خدایا! آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے، حاضر و غائب کے جاننے والے، تو ہی اپنے بندوں کے درمیان اُس چیز کا فیصلہ کرے گا جس میں وہ اختلاف کرتے رہے ہیں
