وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ شَٰمِخَٰتٍ وَأَسْقَيْنَٰكُم مَّآءً فُرَاتًا
یعنی زمین میں دینی اور دنیوی بڑی بڑی قابلیتوں کے آدمی پیدا کیے جاتے ہیں اور مادی اور روحانی پانی جو نہایت میٹھا ہوتا ہے ان روحانی اور جسمانی سرداروں کے ذریعہ سے لوگوں کو پلایا جاتا ہے یعنی روحانی لوگ الہام سنا سنا کر ان کی روحانی پیاس کو بجھاتے ہیں اور جسمانی لوگ نہریں اور ٹیوب ویل لگا لگا کر ان تک میٹھا پانی پہنچاتے ہیں۔
