يَقُولُونَ أَءِنَّا لَمَرْدُودُونَ فِى ٱلْحَافِرَةِ
یعنی کیا جس طرح مسلمان یہاں غالب آگئے ہیں۔ اسی طرح اُن کے دعویٰ کے مطابق ہم اگلے جہان میں بھی ایک نئی زندگی پائیں گے اور عذابِ الٰہی پھر دیکھیں گے۔

The verse means, "shall we be restored to our first state, i.e. to life on earth as we were" (Lane & Aqrab).
