3:146

وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تَمُوتَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ كِتَٰبًا مُّؤَجَّلًا ۗ وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِۦ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِۦ مِنْهَا ۚ وَسَنَجْزِى ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Believers Reward InAfterlife (Akhirah) / Believers Who Strive For, RewardedAjal (Musamma), FixedAllah / Every Soul Shall Taste DeathDead, Death (Maut) / Decreed With Fixed TermDead, Death (Maut) / Every Soul Shall Taste OfDecreePermission / Leave, (Idhn) / Of AllahQada’ Qadr / Fixed TermSoul (Ruh), SpiritThawab / RewardJaza’ / Recompense / Of Believers, Of Righteous
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And no soul can die except by Allah’s leave — a decree with a fixed term. And whoever desires the reward of the present world, We will give him thereof; and whoever desires the reward of the life to come, We will give him thereof; and We will surely reward the grateful.
17:20

وَمَنْ أَرَادَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ وَسَعَىٰ لَهَا سَعْيَهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ كَانَ سَعْيُهُم مَّشْكُورًا

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Believers Who Strive For, Rewarded
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And whoso desires the Hereafter and strives for it as it should be striven for, and he is a believer — these are the ones whose striving shall find favour with God.
42:21

مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُۥ فِى حَرْثِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ ٱلدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِۦ مِنْهَا وَمَا لَهُۥ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ مِن نَّصِيبٍ

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Believers Who Strive For, RewardedAgriculture / Harvest Of The Hereafter

Whoso desires the harvest of the Hereafter, We give him increase in his harvest; and whoso desires the harvest of this world, We give him thereof, but in the Hereafter he will have no share.
