وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا۟ عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And those who, when they are reminded of the Signs of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat;

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور وہ لوگ کہ جب انہیں ان کے ربّ کی آیات یاد کروائی جاتی ہیں تو ان پر وہ بہرے اور اندھے ہو کر نہیں گرتے۔

French

Et qui, lorsqu’on leur rappelle les Signes de leur Seigneur, ne deviennent ni sourds ni aveugles ;

German

Und diejenigen, die, wenn sie mit den Zeichen ihres Herrn ermahnt werden, nicht taub und blind darüber niederfallen,

(那些人也是无限博爱者的仆人,) 当有人使他们记忆他们养主的异征时, 他们不如聋似瞎地对待它们 (养主的启示);

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور وہ لوگ بھی کہ ان کے رب کی آیات جب انہیں یاد دلائی جائیں تو ان سے بہروں اور اندھوں کا معاملہ نہیں کرتے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And those who, when they are reminded of the Signs of their Lord, fall not down thereat deaf and blind;[2092A]

They listen to the Signs of God attentively and with their eyes open. Their belief is based on conviction and certainty and not on mere hearsay.

English - Five Volume Translation

And those who, when they are reminded of the Signs of their Lord, fall not down thereat deaf and blind;[2700]

Commentary:

The words "they fall not deaf and dumb thereat," mean that they listen to the signs of God attentively and with their eyes open. Their belief is based on conviction and certainty and not on mere hearsay.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

جنہیں اگر اُن کے رب کی آیات سنا کر نصیحت کی جاتی ہے تو وہ اس پر اندھے اور بہرے بن کر نہیں رہ جاتے

And those who, when reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind.

اور وہ لوگ جب انہیں ان کے رب کی آیتوں سے سمجھایا جاتا ہے تو ان پر بہرے اندھے ہو کر نہیں گرتے
