وَزَكَرِيَّا وَيَحْيَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَإِلْيَاسَ ۖ كُلٌّ مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
زکریا کا ذکر یحیٰؑ کے ساتھ اس لئے کیا ہے کہ وہ ان کے باپ تھے۔ اور عیسیٰؑ کا اس لئے کہ یحیٰؑ ان کے ارہاص تھے اور الیاس کا اس لئے کہ عیسیٰؑ کے آنے سے پہلے الیاس کے آسمان سے آنے کی خبر دی گئی تھی۔ اور اسماعیلؑ کا اس لئے کہ وہ بھی عیسیٰ کی طرح جمالی نبی تھے اور الیسعؑ یعنی یسعیاہ کا ذکر اس لئے کیا گیا کہ ان کو بھی الیاس سے تشبیہ دی جاتی ہے اور یونسؑ کا اس لئے کہ ان کے واقعہ کو مسیحؑ پر چسپاں کیا جاتا ہے اور لوطؑ کا اس لئے ذکر کیا کہ ان کا تعلق ابراہیمؑ و اسماعیلؑ سے گہرا تھا۔
پس یہ اعتراض نہیں ہوتا کہ یہ انبیاء ایک دوسرے کے آگے پیچھے آئے تھے اور قرآن نے ان کا ذکر اکٹھا کر د

We read in Malachi: "Behold, I will send you Elijah, the Prophet, before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord" (4:5). بعض نے کہا ہے کہ یہ الیاس کی قراءت ہے مگر یہ درست نہیں۔ الیاس کی جماع الیاسین بھی ہوتی ہے۔ اور یہودی اور اسلامی لٹریچر سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ الیاس تین ہیں۔ ایک الیاسؑ جو حضرت موسٰیؑ سے پہلے گذرے تھے۔ اور ایک یحییٰؑ جن کا نام پیشگوئی میں الیاس آیا تھا۔ اور حضرت مسیحؑ نے بھی ان کو الیاس قرار دیا ہے۔ اور ایک آخری زمانہ میں آنے والا الیاس جو مسیح موعودؑ سے پہلے اسی طرح ظاہر ہونا تھا۔ جس طرح مسیح ناصریؑ کے لئے یحـٰیؑ تھے۔ یہ الیاس حضرت سید احمد بریلوی تھے۔ جن کی قبر اس وقت بالاکوٹ ضلع ہزارہ میں ہے۔
