24:5

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ ٱلْمُحْصَنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا۟ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَٱجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَٰنِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا۟ لَهُمْ شَهَٰدَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ

Adultery / Indecency, (Zina) / Evidence OfAdultery / Indecency, (Zina) / Punishment ForEvidence / Law Of (Shahadah)Fisq / Abhorrence, DisobedienceMoral Traits / SlanderPunishment / For SlanderQabul / AcceptSlanderSocietyWitnessFlogging (Jaldah)
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And those who calumniate chaste women but bring not four witnesses — flog them with eighty stripes, and never admit their evidence thereafter, and it is they that are the transgressors,
24:6

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

Allah / Mercy Of For Those Who Repent And BelievePunishment / Kinds OfMoral Traits / SlanderPunishment / For SlanderQabul / AcceptSlanderWitness

Except those who repent thereafter and make amends, for truly Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.
24:7

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَٰجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَآءُ إِلَّآ أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَٰدَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَٰدَٰتٍۭ بِٱللَّهِ ۙ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ

Adultery / Indecency, (Zina) / Evidence OfEvidence / Law Of (Shahadah)Moral Traits / SuspicionPunishment / For SlanderSpouse (Zauj) / MateWivesSlanderWitness
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And as for those who calumniate their wives, and have not witnesses except themselves — the evidence of any one of such people shall suffice if he bears witness four times in the name of Allah saying that he is surely of those who speak the truth.
24:8

وَٱلْخَٰمِسَةُ أَنَّ لَعْنَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ

Curse (La‘nah) / On, Who Calumniate The ChasteLiarPunishment / For SlanderSlanderWitness

And his fifth oath shall be to say that Allah’s curse be upon him if he be of the liars.
24:9

وَيَدْرَؤُا۟ عَنْهَا ٱلْعَذَابَ أَن تَشْهَدَ أَرْبَعَ شَهَٰدَٰتٍۭ بِٱللَّهِ ۙ إِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ

LiarPunishment / For SlanderSlanderWitness

But it shall avert the punishment from her if she bears witness four times in the name of Allah saying that he is of the liars.
24:10

وَٱلْخَٰمِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْهَآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
