وَٱلذَّٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرْوًا
此处及以下三节经文的集注见1299。
Important Words:
For the meanings of the particle واو (by), and for the philosophy of the Quranic oaths see 37:2; 50:2 and 91:2.
الذاریات (those that scatter) is the plural of ذاریة which is act. part. From ذرو or ذری. They say ذری الشیء i.e. the thing flew in the air. ذرا او أذری الریح التراب means, the wind raised, carried away or dispersed the dust. الذاریات means, the winds that raise or carry away or disperse, or the angels that cause the scattering away of the created things. ذرواً which is infinitive noun is added to الذاریات to add intensiveness to the meaning or to complete it (Lane & Aqrab).

وقراً (load) is derived from وقر which means, (1) he was or became dull of hearing; (2) he or it was or became still or motionless; he rested; (3) he was or became grave, staid, steady, sedate or calm. They say وقرت النخلة او أوقرت i.e. the palm tree became laden or heavily laden with fruit. أو قرہ الدین means, debt burdened him or burdened him heavily. وقر (wiqrun) means, a load, a heavy load; a weight that is carried upon the back or head; a cloud laden with water. وقر (waqrun) means, a heaviness in the ear; or dullness of hearing; entire loss of hearing (Lane & Aqrab).

وَٱلْمُرْسَلَٰتِ عُرْفًا
这节经文和以下四节经文所提到的事物, 力量或存在被各种权威学者们用来指风、指天使、指安拉的使者及其信徒、特别而十分恰当地用来指穆圣的伙伴。作为指穆圣的伙伴, 这节经文的意思就是: 在开始的时候穆圣的伙伴要缓慢地、文雅地传播伊斯兰教的启示。
اس آیت میں ان گھوڑوں یا صحابہؓ کو جو اُن پر چڑھتے تھے شہادت کے طور پر پیش کیا ہے کہ پہلے خداتعالیٰ ان کو نیکی کی اشاعت کے لئے آہستگی سے دنیا میں پھیلائے گا اور یہی معنے مُرْسَلَات کے ہیں۔
The things, agencies or beings, mentioned in this and the following four verses, have been taken by various authorities to refer to winds; angels; God’s Messengers and their followers; and particularly and very appropriately, to the Companions of the Holy Prophet. As referring to the Companions of the Holy Prophet the verse would mean that in the beginning the Companions of the Holy Prophet would spread the Message of Islam slowly and gently.

在克服了开头传播 «古兰经» 工作的困难之后, 穆圣的伙伴们就进展得快多了, 而且更有力地进行传播伊斯兰教的启示; 这节经文的意思也可是这样: 在 «古兰经» 教义的帮助下, 他们驱走了面前的谎言和恶势力, 犹如秋风扫落叶。
اس کے بعد بتایا کہ پھر وہ تیزی سے چلنے لگ جاتی ہیں۔ یعنی پہلے صحابہؓ آہستگی سے دنیا میں پھیلیں گے۔ مگر پھر طاقت پکڑتے جائیں گے اور ان کی ترقی کی رفتار تیز ہو جائے گی۔
After the initial difficulties in the work of the preaching having been overcome, the Companions of the Holy Prophet would proceed much faster and carry on the Message of Islam with greater vigour; or, the verse may mean that with the help of the Quranic teaching, they would scatter before them falsehood and the forces of evil as broken straw is carried before the wind.

他们要公开赞扬并四处传播真理的启示; 或到处散播善良的种子。
اس آیت میں پھر صحابہ ؓ کا ذکر ہے۔ جو آخر اسلام کو دنیا میں پھیلا دیں گے۔
They would proclaim and spread the Message of Truth far and wide; or scatter the seeds of goodness everywhere.
Commentary:
The verse means that they proclaimed and spread the Message of truth far and wide, or scattered the seeds of goodness everywhere.

اس آیت میں پھر صحابہ ؓ کا ذکر ہے۔ جو آخر اسلام کو دنیا میں پھیلا دیں گے۔
