وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَآ أَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ

And indeed We have destroyed people before you who were like unto you. But is there anyone who would receive admonition?

اور یقیناً ہم تمہارے ہم قماش (پہلے بھی) ہلاک کرچکے ہیں۔ پس کیا ہے کوئی نصیحت پکڑنے والا؟

اور ہم تمہارے جیسے لوگوں کو پہلے بھی ہلاک کر چکے ہیں اور کیا (اس بات کو جان کر) کوئی نصیحت حاصل کرنے والا ہے؟

And, indeed, We have destroyed people like you before. But is there anyone who would take heed?
