(یہ سن کر) اس کی قوم نے اس کو جھٹلایا۔ پس وہ یقیناً عذاب کے لئے پیش کیے جائیں گے۔

Et ils prétendent une parenté par le sang entre Lui et les djinns, alors que les djinns eux-mêmes savent très bien qu’ils seront requis de paraître devant Allāh.

Und sie machen eine Blutsverwandtschaft aus zwischen Ihm und den Jinn*, während die Jinn doch recht wohl wissen, dass sie (vor Ihn zum Gericht) gebracht werden sollen.

اور یہ لوگ اس کے (یعنی خدا کے) اور جنوں کے درمیان رشتہ تجویز کرتے ہیں حالانکہ جن کے نام کی مستحق قوم (بڑے آدمی اور پہاڑوں پر رہنے والے) خوب جانتی ہے کہ وہ بھی اگر دین حق پر قائم نہ ہوگی تو اسے بھی عذاب کی کیفیت دکھائی جائے گی۔

Commentary:
The verse means to say that morally and intellectually disbelievers have become so degraded that they assert blood-relationship between God and evil spirits. What greater folly and blasphemy could there possibly be?
اردو ترجمہ مودودی
اِنہوں نے اللہ اور ملائکہ کے درمیان نسب کا رشتہ بنا رکھا ہے، حالانکہ ملائکہ خوب جانتے ہیں کہ یہ لوگ مجرم کی حیثیت سے پیش ہونے والے ہیں

And they have claimed between Him and the jinn a lineage, but the jinn have already known that they [who made such claims] will be brought to [punishment].
