أَوَكُلَّمَا عَٰهَدُوا۟ عَهْدًا نَّبَذَهُۥ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
What! every time they make a covenant, will a party among them throw it aside? Nay, most of them have no faith.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
کیا جب کبھی بھی وہ کوئی عہد کریں گے ان میں سے ایک فریق اس (عہد) کو پرے پھینک دے گا؟ بلکہ ان میں سے اکثر ایمان ہی نہیں رکھتے۔

Comment ! Toutes les fois qu’ils feront un pacte, y aura-t-il certains d’entre eux qui voudront le rejeter ? La vérité est que la plupart d’entre eux n’ont aucune foi.

Wie! sooft sie einen Bund schlossen, verwarf ihn ein Teil von ihnen! Nein, die meisten von ihnen haben keinen Glauben.

اور کیا (یہ بری بات نہیں کہ) جب بھی ان لوگوں نے کوئی عہد کیا تو ان میں سے ایک فریق نے اسے پھینک دیا (یہی نہیں) بلکہ ان میں سے اکثر (تو) ایمان کے قریب بھی نہیں پھٹکتے۔

کیا ہمیشہ ایسا ہی نہیں ہوتا رہا ہے کہ جب انہوں نے کوئی عہد کیا، تو ان میں سے ایک نہ ایک گروہ نے اسے ضرور ہی بالا ئے طاق رکھ دیا؟ بلکہ ان میں سے اکثر ایسے ہی ہیں، جو سچے دل سے ایمان نہیں لاتے

Is it not [true] that every time they took a covenant a party of them threw it away? But, [in fact], most of them do not believe.
