English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
‘And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be, and has enjoined upon me Prayer and almsgiving so long as I live;
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
نیز مجھے مبارک بنا دیا ہے جہاں کہیں میں ہوں اور مجھے نماز کی اور زکوٰۃ کی تلقین کی ہے جب تک میں زندہ رہوں۔

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور میں جہاں کہیں بھی ہوں اس نے مجھے بابرکت (وجود) بنایا ہے اور جب تک میں زندہ ہوں مجھے نماز اور زکٰوۃ کی تاکید کی ہے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
‘And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be, and has enjoined upon me Prayer and almsgiving so long as I live;

And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be, and has enjoined upon me Prayer and alms-giving so long as I live;[2176]
Commentary:
This verse implied a mighty prophecy. The prophecy was that Jesus’ people would put him on the cross and would compel him to flee his country and seek refuge in a foreign land. But the grace and blessings of God would attend him wherever he would go. After the crucifixion Jesus’ mission appeared to have been a complete failure but he travelled to the east—to Afghanistan and Kashmir, where his cause progressed and triumphed. See also 4:158 & 23:51.

اور بابرکت کیا جہاں بھی میں رہوں، اور نماز اور زکوٰۃ کی پابندی کا حکم دیا جب تک میں زندہ رہوں

Commentary:

اور اپنے گھر والوں کو نماز کی تلقین کرتا رہ اور اس پر ہمیشہ قائم رہ۔ ہم تجھ سے کسی قسم کا رزق طلب نہیں کرتے۔ ہم ہی تو تجھے رزق عطا کرتے ہیں اور نیک انجام تقویٰ ہی کا ہوتا ہے۔

Et enjoins la Prière à ton peuple, et sois-y constant. Nous ne te demandons aucune subsistance ; c’est Nous Qui pourvoyons à tes besoins. Et la bonne fin est réservée à la droiture.

Commentary:
The verse draws attention to the fact that observance of prayers is the key to all success in life and to moral and spiritual food. Prayer, in fact, is the true and real spiritual favour that God has bestowed upon man, if only he knew it.

اپنے اہل و عیال کو نماز کی تلقین کرو اور خود بھی اس کے پابند رہو ہم تم سے کوئی رزق نہیں چاہتے، رزق تو ہم ہی تمہیں دے رہے ہیں اور انجام کی بھلائی تقویٰ ہی کے لیے ہے
