قرآن کریم میں سَمَآء کا لفظ ہے مگر لغت میں سَمَآء آسمان کے علاوہ بادل کو بھی کہتے ہیں اور وہی معنے اس جگہ لگتے ہیں اور مطلب یہ ہے کہ قرآن مجید کے ذریعہ سے رحمت کے بادل دنیا پر چھا جائیں گے۔
