وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا۟ يَسْتَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ لَوَّوْا۟ رُءُوسَهُمْ وَرَأَيْتَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ وَهُم مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And when it is said to them, ‘Come, that the Messenger of Allah may ask forgiveness for you,’ they turn their heads aside, and thou seest them keeping back while they are full of pride.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اور جب انہیں کہا جاتا ہے کہ آؤ اللہ کا رسول تمہارے لئے بخشش طلب کرے، وہ اپنے سَر موڑ لیتے ہیں اور تُو انہیں دیکھتا ہے کہ وہ استکبار کرتے ہوئے (قبولِ حق سے) رُک جاتے ہیں۔

Et lorsqu’il leur est dit : « Venez, afin que le Messager d’Allāh implore le pardon pour vous, » ils détournent la tête, et tu les vois rester en arrière, pleins d’orgueil.

Und wenn zu ihnen gesprochen wird: "Kommt her, der Gesandte Allahs will für euch um Verzeihung bitten", dann wenden sie ihre Köpfe zur Seite, und du siehst, wie sie sich in Hochmut abkehren.

E quando vien detto loro: «Venite, perché il messaggero di Allah chieda perdono per voi», essi voltano il capo dall'altra parte e tu li vedi trattenersi perché sono pieni d'orgoglio.

Mas cuando se les dice: “Venid, para que el Mensajero de Al-lah pida perdón por vosotros”, vuelven la cabeza y los ves dándote la espalda llenos de orgullo”.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ آؤ! اللہ کا رسول تمہارے لئے استغفار کرے تو وہ اپنے سر (تکبر اور انکار سے) پھیر لیتے ہیں اور تو ان کو دیکھتا ہے کہ وہ راہ حق سے لوگوں کو پھرا رہے ہیں اور وہ تکبر کی مرض میں مبتلا ہیں۔

اور جب اِن سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ آؤ تاکہ اللہ کا رسول تمہارے لیے مغفرت کی دعا کرے، تو سر جھٹکتے ہیں اور تم دیکھتے ہو کہ وہ بڑے گھمنڈ کے ساتھ آنے سے رکتے ہیں

And when it is said to them, "Come, the Messenger of Allah will ask forgiveness for you," they turn their heads aside and you see them evading while they are arrogant.
