اس سورۃ میں بیان کردہ سب علامات بھی آخری زمانہ کے متعلق ہیں۔ مگر تفصیل لمبی تفسیر سے تعلق رکھتی ہے۔ بہرحال مختصر نوٹ یہاں ترجمہ کے ساتھ دئے جاتے ہیں (تفصیل کے لئے دیکھئے تفسیر کبیر جلد ہشتم صفحہ ۲۴۷)
یعنی دنیا میں شرک اور کفر اتنا پھیل جائے گا کہ خداتعالیٰ زمین پر عذاب نازل کرنے کا فیصلہ کر دے گا۔

As mentioned in the "Introductory Remarks" the Surah deals particularly with the time when Christianity will be very much in the ascendant and the Christian doctrines of trinity, the sonship of Jesus and atonement will reign supreme. To this dominance of the false Christian doctrines the Qur’an has referred in very strong words; 'The heavens might well-nigh be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down into pieces because they ascribe a son to Allah' (19:91, 92). The verse under comment refers to these two verses and signifies that at that time false doctrines of Christianity will dominate the world, and as a result of it God’s wrath will be excited and Divine punishment will overtake the world in various forms.

As mentioned in the Introduction, the Surah deals particularly with the time when Christianity would be very much in the ascendant, and Christian doctrines of the Trinity and the Sonship of Jesus Christ would reign supreme. To this dominance of Christian beliefs, the Quran has referred in very strong language in the words: "The heavens might well-nigh be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, because they ascribe a son to the Gracious God" (19:91-92). The verse under comment thus signifies that at that time false doctrines of Christianity would dominate the world, and as a result of it God’s wrath would be excited and Divine punishment would overtake the world in various forms. The reference is clearly to the present time.
The verse may also signify that God’s righteous servants would feel so grieved at seeing sin and iniquity spreading all round in the world as a result of false Christian doctrines that their hearts would, as it were, become rent; the word "heavens" referring to the hearts of the righteous believers which in religious phraseology are called God’s Throne.

正像 «引言» 中所提到的那样, 这一经章特别谈到了这样一个时刻, 这时基督教将占有很大的优势, 基督教三位一体的教旨, 作为儿子的耶稣和赎罪将占最高统治地位。«古兰经» 以十分强调的语言提到了这种十分错误的基督教的统治: “天几乎要破开, 地几乎要碎裂, 山几乎要崩坠, 就因为那些人妄称无限博爱者有子。” (19:91-92)。这节加注的经文指这两节经文, 意思是: 那时错误的基督教将统治世界, 由此安拉将被激怒, 安拉将以各种形式降罪人间。
