لَّقَدۡ اَضَلَّنِیۡ عَنِ الذِّکۡرِ بَعۡدَ اِذۡ جَآءَنِیۡ ۗ وَکَانَ الشَّیۡطٰنُ لِلۡاِنۡسٰنِ خَذُوۡلًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

‘He led me astray from the Reminder after it had come to me.’ And Satan is man’s great deserter.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اس نے یقیناً مجھے (اللہ کے) ذکر سے منحرف کر دیا بعد اس کے کہ وہ میرے پاس آیا اور شیطان تو انسان کو بے یار و مددگار چھوڑ جانے والا ہے۔

French

Certainement, c’est lui qui m’a égaré du Rappel après qu’il me fût parvenu. » Et Satan est le grand déserteur de l’homme.

Er führte mich irre, hinweg von der Ermahnung, nachdem sie zu mir gekommen war." Und Satan lässt den Menschen im Stich.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اس نے مجھے خدا کے ذکر سے غافل کر دیا جبکہ وہ (رسول کے ذریعہ سے) میرے پاس آیا تھا۔ اور شیطان آخر انسان کو اکیلا چھوڑ کر چلا جاتا ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

‘He led me astray from the Reminder after it had come to me.’ And Satan always deserts man in the hour of need.

English - Five Volume Translation

He led me astray from the Reminder after it had come to me.’ And Satan always deserts man in the hour of need.[2666]

Important Words:

خذولا (one who always deserts) is derived from خذل. They say خذله or خذل عنه i.e. he abstained from, or neglected, aiding or assisting him; and held back from him; he left or forsook him or deserted him. خذول is the intensive form of خاذل and means, a great deserter or one who always deserts his friends (Lane & Mufradat).

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

اُس کے بہکائے میں آ کر میں نے وہ نصیحت نہ مانی جو میرے پاس آئی تھی، شیطان انسان کے حق میں بڑا ہی بے وفا نکلا"

English - Sahih

He led me away from the remembrance after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to man, a deserter."

اسی نے تو نصیحت کے آنے کےبعد مجھے بہکا دیا اور شیطان تو انسان کو رسوا کرنے والا ہی ہے
