اَلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا یُقٰتِلُوۡنَ فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ ۖ وَالَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا یُقٰتِلُوۡنَ فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ الطّٰغُوۡتِ فَقٰتِلُوۡۤا اَوۡلِیَآءَ الشَّیۡطٰنِ ۖ اِنَّ کَیۡدَ الشَّیۡطٰنِ کَانَ ضَعِیۡفًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of the Evil One. Fight ye therefore against the friends of Satan; surely, Satan’s strategy is weak!

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

وہ لوگ جو ایمان لائے ہیں وہ اللہ کی راہ میں قتال کرتے ہیں اور وہ لوگ جنہوں نے انکار کیا وہ شیطان کی راہ میں قتال کرتے ہیں۔ پس تم شیطان کے دوستوں سے قتال کرو۔ شیطان کی تدبیر یقیناً کمزور ہوتی ہے۔

French

Les croyants combattent pour la cause d’Allāh et les mécréants combattent pour la cause du Malin. Combattez donc les amis de Satan ; assurément, la stratégie de Satan est faible !

German

Die da glauben, kämpfen für Allahs Sache, und die nicht glauben, kämpfen für die Sache des Bösen. Kämpft darum wider die Freunde Satans! Denn gewiss, Satans Feldherrnkunst ist schwach.

信仰的人为安拉之道而战, 不信的人为恶魔之道而战。所以你们当与恶魔的朋友作战, 恶魔的计谋确是脆弱的。

Italian

Coloro che credono, combattono per la causa di Allah, e coloro che non credono combattono per la causa di Satana. Combattete perciò contro gli amici di Satana. Invero debole è la strategia di Satana.

Spanish

Los creyentes combaten por la causa de Al-lah y los incrédulos por la causa del Maligno. ¡Combatid, pues, contra los amigos de Satanás; pues en verdad la estrategia de Satanás es débil!

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

جو لوگ مومن ہیں وہ اللہ کی راہ میں جنگ کرتے ہیں۔ اور جو کافر ہیں وہ شیطان کی راہ میں جنگ کرتے ہیں۔ اس لئے تم شیطان کے دوستوں سے جنگ کرو۔ شیطان کی تدبیر کمزور (ہوتی) ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of the Evil One. Fight ye, therefore, against the friends of Satan; surely, Satan’s strategy is weak.

English - Five Volume Translation

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of the Evil One. Fight ye therefore against the friends of Satan; surely, Satan’s strategy is weak![545A]

جن لوگوں نے ایمان کا راستہ اختیار کیا ہے، وہ اللہ کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں اور جنہوں نے کفر کا راستہ اختیار کیا ہے، و ہ طاغوت کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں، پس شیطان کے ساتھیوں سے لڑو اور یقین جانو کہ شیطان کی چالیں حقیقت میں نہایت کمزور ہیں

English - Sahih

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.

جو ایمان والے ہیں وہ الله کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں اور جو کافر ہیں وہ شیطان کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں سو تم شیطان کے ساتھیوں سے لڑو بے شک شیطان کا فریب کمزور ہے

English - Talal Itani

Those who believe, they fight in (the) way (of) Allah; and those who disbelieve, they fight in (the) way (of) the false deities. So fight (against) (the) friends (of) the Shaitaan. Indeed, (the) strategy (of) the Shaitaan is weak.

English - Arberry

The believers fight in the way of God, and the unbelievers fight in the idols' way. Fight you therefore against the friends of Satan; surely the guile of Satan is ever feeble.

English - Maududi

Those who have faith fight in the way of Allah, while those who disbelieve fight in the way of taghut (Satan). Fight, then, against the fellows of Satan. Surely Satan's strategy is weak.

English - Ahmed Ali

Those who believe fight in the way of God; and those who do not, only fight for the powers of evil; so you should fight the allies of Satan. Surely the stratagem of Satan is ineffective.

English - Yusuf Ali

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who reject Faith Fight in the cause of Evil: So fight ye against the friends of Satan: feeble indeed is the cunning of Satan.
