43:14
لِتَسْتَوُۥا۟ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِۦ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا ٱسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا۟ سُبْحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِى سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُۥ مُقْرِنِينَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
That you may sit firmly upon their backs, and then, when you are firmly seated thereon, you may remember the favour of your Lord, and say, ‘Holy is He Who has subjected this to us, and we had not the strength to subdue it ourselves.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
تا کہ تم ان کی پیٹھوں پر جَم کر بیٹھ سکو۔ پھر جب تم ان پر اچھی طرح قرار پکڑ لو تو اپنے ربّ کی نعمت کا تذکرہ کرو اور کہو پاک ہے وہ جس نے اسے ہمارے لئے مسخر کیا اور ہم اسے زیر نگیں کرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے تھے۔
French
Afin que vous puissiez vous asseoir fermement sur leur dos, et ensuite, lorsque vous y êtes fermement assis, que vous puissiez vous souvenir de la faveur de votre Seigneur, et dire : « Saint est-Il, Qui nous a assujetti ceci, et par nous-mêmes nous n’avions pas la force de le maîtriser.

so dass ihr fest auf ihren Rücken sitzen (und) dann, wenn ihr euch fest auf sie gesetzt habt, der Gnade eures Herrn eingedenk sein möget, und sprechet: "Preis Ihm, Der uns dies dienstbar gemacht hat, und wir (selbst) hätten es nicht meistern können.

以便你们稳定端坐其背上。在你们稳定地坐在上面时, 要记念你们养主的恩惠, 并且说: “安拉是圣洁的! 他使这驯服于我们, 我们自己原是不能驾御它的。

Para que os asentéis firmemente en sus lomos y entonces, una vez firmemente sentados en ellos, recordéis el favor de vuestro Señor y digáis: “Santo es Quien nos sometió todo esto, ya que nosotros no podríamos arrearlos por nuestra cuenta”.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
جب تم اچھی طرح ان پر بیٹھ جاؤ‘ تو پھر اپنے رب کی نعمت کو یاد کرو اور یہ کہو کہ پاک ہے وہ خدا جس نے ہم کو ان پر قبضہ بخشا ہے حالانکہ ہم اپنے زور سے ان کو اپنے تابع فرمان نہیں بنا سکتے تھے۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
That you may sit firmly upon their backs, and, then, when you are firmly seated thereon, you may remember the favour of your Lord, and say, ‘Holy is He Who has subjected these to us, and we were not capable of subduing them ourselves,

That you may sit firmly upon their backs, and then, [a]when you are firmly seated thereon, you may remember the favour of your Lord, and say, ‘Holy is He Who has subjected these to us, and we were not capable of subduing them ourselves.[3650]

Important Words:
مقرنین (capable of subduing) is derived from قرن. They say أقرن للشیء و أقرن الشیء i.e. he had the power and the strength to do the thing, he had the requisite ability and strength for it. مقرنین means, having the power or being able to do a thing (Aqrab).

اور جب اُن پر بیٹھو تو اپنے رب کا احسان یاد کرو اور کہو کہ "پاک ہے وہ جس نے ہمارے لیے اِن چیزوں کو مسخر کر دیا ورنہ ہم انہیں قابو میں لانے کی طاقت نہ رکھتے تھے

That you may settle yourselves upon their backs and then remember the favor of your Lord when you have settled upon them and say. "Exalted is He who has subjected this to us, and we could not have [otherwise] subdued it.

تاکہ ان کی پیٹھ پر چڑھ کر اپنے رب کا احسان یاد کرو جب کہ تم ان پر خوب بیٹھ جاؤ اورکہو وہ ذات پاک ہے جس نے ہمارے لیے اسے مطیع کر دیا اور ہم اسے قابو میں لانے والے نہ تھے

That you may sit firmly, on their backs, then remember (the) favor (of) your Lord when you sit firmly on them and say, "Glory be (to) the One Who (has) subjected to us this, and not we were of it capable.
