اَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَکُنَّا تُرَابًا ۖ ذٰلِکَ رَجۡعٌۢ بَعِیۡدٌ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

‘What! when we are dead and have become dust, shall we be raised to life again? That is a return far from possible.’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

کیا جب ہم مرجائیں گے اور مٹی ہوجائیں گے؟ وہ لَوٹنا ایک دُور کی بات ہے۔

French

« Quoi ! Quand nous serons morts, et que nous serons devenus poussière,serons-nous ressuscités ? C’est là un retour qui est bien loin de la réalité. »

German

Wie! wenn wir tot sind und zu Staub geworden (sollen wir wieder zum Leben erweckt werden)? Das ist eine Wiederkehr von weit her."

Chinese

“怎么! 当我们死后而化为尘埃时, (还能复活)? [b]这返回是远 (不可能) 的。”

13:6; 23:37.

Italian

Che! Una volta morti e ridotti in polvere, saremo risuscitati nuovamente? È un ritorno lontano dal possibile.»

Spanish

“¡Cómo! ¿Seremos de nuevo resucitados cuando hayamos muerto nos hayamos convertido en polvo? Es un retorno muy lejos de lo posible”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

کیا جب ہم مر جائیں گے اور مٹی ہو جائیں گے (تو پھر دوبارہ زندہ ہو جائیں گے) یہ لوٹنا تو (عقل سے) دور ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

‘What! when we are dead and have become dust, shall we be raised up again? [b]That is a return far from possible.’

13:6; 23:37.

English - Five Volume Translation

‘What! when we are dead and have become dust, shall we be raised up again?[b] That is a return far from possible.’[3858]

13:6; 23:36; 27:68; 37:17.

Commentary:

Greater is the disbelievers’ wonder at the idea, says the verse, that when they are dead and are reduced to dust, they will get a new life.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

کیا جب ہم مر جائیں گے اور خاک ہو جائیں گے (تو دوبارہ اٹھائے جائیں گے)؟ یہ واپسی تو عقل سے بعید ہے"

English - Sahih

When we have died and have become dust, [we will return to life]? That is a distant return."

کیا جب ہم مرجائیں گے اورمٹی ہو جائیں گے یہ دوبارہ زندگی بعید از قیاس ہے
