52:46

فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

So leave them until they meet that day of theirs, on which they will be overtaken by a thunderbolt,

پس تو انہیں چھوڑ دے۔ یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے اس دن کو دیکھ لیں گے جس میں ان پر بجلی گرائی جائے گی۔

French

Laisse-les donc jusqu’à ce qu’ils rencontrent leur jour promis , où ils seront frappés par la foudre,

German

So lass sie allein, bis sie ihrem Tag begegnen, an dem sie ohnmächtig werden sollen,

Chinese

所以, 让他们去这样做吧, 直到他们遭遇到将受雷击的那一天;

Italian

Lasciali soli dunque, finché non affronteranno il loro giorno promesso, in cui saranno folgorati,

Spanish

Déjales solos, pues, hasta que se enfrenten a ese día suyo prometido, en el que quedarán atónitos.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

پس تو ان کو (ان کی بیوقوفی میں) چھوڑ دے‘ یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے اس مقررہ دن کو دیکھ لیں جس میں (ان پر عذاب نازل کیا جائے گا اور) وہ مارے خوف کے بے ہوش کر دئیے جائیں گے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

So leave them until they meet that day of theirs, on which they will be thunder-struck;

English - Five Volume Translation

[b]So leave them until they meet that day of theirs, on which they will be overtaken by a thunderbolt,[3962]

23:55; 52:46; 70:43.

Commentary:

The words 'that day of theirs' have been taken to refer to the Day of Badr. On that day a well-equipped Quraish army received a crushing defeat at the hands of a small, ill-armed and ill-equipped band of Muslims. The defeat came as a veritable bolt from the blue for the Quraish. The verse may equally refer to the day of the Fall of Mecca when the Quraish were completely unnerved at seeing the Muslim army of ten thousand strong at the very gates of the city.

پس اے نبیؐ، اِنہیں اِن کے حال پر چھوڑ دو یہاں تک کہ یہ اپنے اُس دن کو پہنچ جائیں جس میں یہ مار گرائے جائیں گے

English - Sahih

So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible -

پس آپ انہیں چھوڑ دیجیئے یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنا وہ دن دیکھ لیں جس میں وہ بے ہوش ہو کر گر پڑیں گے
