73:10

رَّبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقِ وَٱلْمَغْرِبِ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيلًا

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

He is the Lord of the East and the West; there is no God but He; so take Him as thy Guardian.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

وہ مشرق اور مغرب کا ربّ ہے۔ اُس کے سوا اور کوئی معبود نہیں۔ پس اُسے بطور کارساز اپنالے۔

French

Il est le Seigneur de l’Orient et de l’Occident ; il n’y a de dieu que Lui ; prends-Le donc pour ton Protecteur.

Herr des Ostens und des Westens – es gibt keinen Gott außer Ihm; drum nimm Ihn zum Beschützer.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

وہ مشرق کا بھی رب ہے اور مغرب کا بھی رب ہے۔ اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ہے۔ پس اسی کو اپنا کارساز بنا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

Commentary:

The Holy Prophet is told here again that while preaching his divine mission he will meet with bitter opposition and persecution. Therefore, he should, on the one hand, put his full trust in God, the Lord of the East and the West, and, on the other, bear with patience and fortitude the jibes, opposition and persecution of his enemies.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

وہ مشرق و مغرب کا مالک ہے، اُس کے سوا کوئی خدا نہیں ہے، لہٰذا اُسی کو اپنا وکیل بنا لو

English - Sahih

[He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.
