وَالۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتُ بَعۡضُہُمۡ اَوۡلِیَآءُ بَعۡضٍ ۚ یَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَیَنۡہَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمُنۡکَرِ وَیُقِیۡمُوۡنَ الصَّلٰوۃَ وَیُؤۡتُوۡنَ الزَّکٰوۃَ وَیُطِیۡعُوۡنَ اللّٰہَ وَرَسُوۡلَہٗۤ ۚ اُولٰٓئِکَ سَیَرۡحَمُہُمُ اللّٰہُ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ عَزِیۡزٌ حَکِیۡمٌ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And the believers, men and women, are friends one of another. They enjoin good and forbid evil and observe Prayer and pay the Zakat and obey Allah and His Messenger. It is these on whom Allah will have mercy. Surely, Allah is Mighty, Wise.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

مومن مرد اور مومن عورتیں ایک دوسرے کے دوست ہیں وہ اچھی باتوں کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور بری باتوں سے روکتے ہیں اور نماز کو قائم کرتے ہیں اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے ہیں اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرتے ہیں۔ یہی ہیں جن پر اللہ ضرور رحم کرے گا۔ یقیناً اللہ کامل غلبہ والا (اور) بہت حکمت والا ہے۔

French

Et les croyants, hommes et femmes, sont amis les uns des autres. Ils enjoignent le bien et interdisent le mal, et observent la Prière, et paient la Zakāt, et obéissent à Allāh et à Son Messager. C’est à ceux-là qu’Allāh fera miséricorde. Assurément, Allāh est Puissant et Sage.

German

Die gläubigen Männer und die gläubigen Frauen sind einer des anderen Freund. Sie gebieten das Gute und verbieten das Böse und verrichten das Gebet und zahlen die Zakât und gehorchen Allah und Seinem Gesandten. Sie sind es, deren Allah Sich erbarmen wird. Wahrlich, Allah ist allmächtig, allweise.

信仰的男女互为教友, [d]他们劝善止恶, [e]固守拜功, [f]交纳天课, [g]服从安拉和他的使者。这些人就是安拉一定要对他们施行仁慈的。安拉确是优胜的, 明哲的。

E i credenti, uomini e donne, sono amici gli uni degli altri. Impongono il bene e vietano il male, e osservano la preghiera, e pagano lo Zakat, e obbediscono ad Allah e al Suo messaggero. E verso di loro Allah userà misericordia. Certo, Allah è Potente, il Saggio.

Spanish

Y los creyentes, hombres y mujeres, son mutuamente amigos. Ordenan el bien y prohíben el mal, cumplen la Oración, pagan el Zakat y obedecen a Al-lah y a Su Mensajero. Con ellos es con quienes Al-lah tendrá misericordia. En verdad, Al-lah es Poderoso, Sabio.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور مومن مرد اور مومن عورتیں آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے دوست ہیں۔ وہ نیک باتوں کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور بری باتوں سے روکتے ہیں۔ اور نماز کو قائم کرتے ہیں اور زکٰوۃ دیتے ہیں۔ اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرتے ہیں۔ یہ ایسے لوگ ہیں کہ اللہ ضرور ان پر رحم کرے گا۔ اللہ غالب (اور) بڑی حکمت والا ہے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And the believers, men and women, are friends one of another. [a]They enjoin good and forbid evil and [b]observe Prayer and [c]pay the Zakat and [d]obey Allah and His Messenger. It is these on whom Allah will have mercy. Surely, Allah is Mighty and Wise.

Commentary:

Compare this verse and the next with 9:67, 68 above. The present verse enumerates some of the signs of true believers. These signs are:(1) that they are friends to one another; (2) that they enjoin good; (3) that they forbid evil; (4) that they are steadfast in the performance of Prayers (5) that they give the prescribed Zakah; (6) that they obey God and His Messenger; and (7) that they are recipients of God’smercy.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

مومن مرد اور مومن عورتیں، یہ سب ایک دوسرے کے رفیق ہیں، بھلائی کا حکم دیتے اور برائی سے روکتے ہیں، نماز قائم کرتے ہیں، زکوٰۃ دیتے ہیں اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرتے ہیں یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن پر اللہ کی رحمت نازل ہو کر رہے گی، یقیناً اللہ سب پر غالب اور حکیم و دانا ہے

English - Sahih

The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

اور ایمان والے مرد اور ایمان والی عورتیں ایک دوسرے کےمددگار ہیں نیکی کا حکم کرتے ہیں اوربرائی سے روکتے ہیں اورنماز قائم کرتے ہیں اور زکواة دیتے ہیں اور الله اور اس کے رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرتے ہیں یہی لوگ ہیں جن پر الله رحم کرے گا بے شک الله زبردست حکمت والا ہے

And the believing men and the believing women, some of them (are) allies (of) others. They enjoin the right, and forbid from the wrong, and they establish the prayer and give the zakah, and they obey Allah and His Messenger. Those, Allah will have mercy on them. English - Arberry

And the believers, the men and the women, are friends one of the other; they bid to honour, and forbid dishonour; they perform the prayer, and pay the alms, and they obey God and His Messenger. Those -- upon them God will have mercy; God is All-mighty, All-wise.

The believers, both men and women, are allies of one another. They enjoin good, forbid evil, establish Prayer, pay Zakah, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Surely Allah will show mercy to them. Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Those who believe, men and women, befriend one another, and enjoin what is right and prohibit what is wrong. They observe their devotional obligations, pay the zakat, and obey God and His Apostle. God will be merciful to them, for God is all-mighty and all-wise.
