وَلَمَّا جَآءَ عِيسَىٰ بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ قَالَ قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِٱلْحِكْمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى تَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ ۖ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And when Jesus came with clear proofs, he said, ‘Truly I am come to you with wisdom, and to make clear to you some of that about which you differ. So fear Allah and obey me.

اور جب عیسیٰ کھلے کھلے نشانات کے ساتھ آگیا تو اس نے کہا یقیناً میں تمہارے پاس حکمت لایاہوں اور اس لئے آیا ہو ں کہ تمہارے سامنے بعض وہ باتیں جن میں تم اختلاف کرتے ہو کھول کر بیان کروں۔ پس اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو اور میری اطاعت کرو۔
French
Et lorsque Jésus vint avec des preuves manifestes, il dit : « En vérité, je suis venu à vous avec la sagesse, et pour vous éclairer sur certaines de ces choses sur lesquelles vous êtes en désaccord. Craignez donc Allāh et obéissez-moi.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور جب عیسیٰ[3] (بعثت ثانیہ میں) نشانات کے ساتھ آئے[4] گا‘ تو وہ کہے گا کہ میں تمہارے پاس حکمت کی باتوں کے ساتھ آیا ہوں اور اس لئے آیا ہوں تا کہ تمہیں بعض وہ باتیں سمجھا دوں جن میں تم اختلاف کرتے ہو۔ پس اللہ کا تقویٰ اختیار کرو اور میری اطاعت کرو۔
اس جگہ حضرت عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کی بعثتِ ثانیہ کا ذکر ہے۔ کیونکہ اوپر کی آیت میں بھی اسی کا ذکر تھا۔
کئی جگہ ثابت کیا جا چکا ہے کہ ماضی بمعنے مضارع بھی آتا ہے (دیکھئےفقہ اللغۃ للثعالبی صفحہ۲۱۵)

And when Jesus came with clear proofs, he said, ‘Truly, I have come to you with wisdom, and to make clear to you some of that about which you differ. So fear Allah and obey me.

اور جب عیسیٰؑ صریح نشانیاں لیے ہوئے آیا تھا تو اس نے کہا تھا کہ "میں تم لوگوں کے پاس حکمت لے کر آیا ہوں، اور اس لیے آیا ہوں کہ تم پر بعض اُن باتوں کی حقیقت کھول دوں جن میں تم اختلاف کر رہے ہو، لہٰذا تم اللہ سے ڈرو اور میری اطاعت کرو

اور جب عیسیٰ واضح دلیلیں لے کر آیا تھا تو اس نے کہا تھا کہ میں تمہارے پاس دانائی کی باتیں لایا ہوں اورتاکہ تم پر بعض وہ باتیں واضح کر دوں جن میں تم اختلاف کرتے تھے پس الله سے ڈرو اور میرا حکم مانو
