The verse shows that the Queen of Sheba ruled over a very prosperous people who had attained a very high degree of civilisation and that she possessed all those things which had made her a powerful monarch.

The words, "she has been given everything," show that the Queen of Sheba ruled over a very prosperous people who had attained a very high degree of civilization.
