یا تجھے ضرور وہ دکھا دیں گے جس کا ہم ان سے وعدہ کر چکے ہیں۔ پس یقیناً ہم ان پر پوری قدرت رکھتے ہیں۔

Ou Nous te ferons voir ce que Nous leur avons promis ; car assurément, Nous avons le pouvoir absolu sur eux.

Oder Wir werden dir zeigen, was Wir ihnen angedroht haben; denn Wir haben völlige Macht über sie.

或者[g]我将使你看到我向他们所预约了的事情, 因为我对于他们确是全能的。

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

یا ہم تجھے وہ چیز دکھا دیں گے جس کا ہم نے ان سے وعدہ کیا [1]ہے (یاد رکھیں) ہم ان پر پوری طرح تصرف رکھتے ہیں۔

Or, [b]We shall show thee that which We have promised them; for, surely, We have complete power over them.

یا تم کو آنکھوں سے اِن کا وہ انجام دکھا دیں جس کا ہم نے اِن سے وعدہ کیا ہے، ہمیں اِن پر پوری قدرت حاصل ہے

Or whether [or not] We show you that which We have promised them, indeed, We are Perfect in Ability.

یعنی موعود عذاب کفار پر تیری زندگی میں آجائیں گے یا تیری وفات کے بعد اور یہ دونوں باتیں خدا کی قدرت سے بعیدنہیں۔

The verse indicates that in order to establish the truth of Islam, heavenly signs appeared not only in the Holy Prophet’s own lifetime, but will continue to appear after his death, in all ages.
