خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
They shall abide thereunder. Their punishment shall not be lightened nor shall they be reprieved;
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
وہ اس میں لمبا عرصہ رہنے والے ہیں۔ ان سے عذاب کو ہلکا نہیں کیا جائے گا اور نہ وہ کوئی مہلت دئے جائیں گے۔
French
Ils y resteront longtemps. Leur châtiment ne sera pas allégé, et aucun répit ne leur sera accordé ;
German
Unter ihm sei ihre Bleibe! Die Strafe wird ihnen nicht gemildert, noch wird ihnen Aufschub gewährt;

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
وہ اس (لعنت) میں رہیں گے‘ نہ (تو) ان (پر) سے عذاب ہلکا کیا جائے گا اور نہ انہیں ڈھیل دی جائے گی۔

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اور جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کرے اور اس کی حدود سے تجاوز کرے تو وہ اسے ایک آگ میں ڈالے گا جس میں وہ ایک لمبے عرصہ تک رہنے والا ہوگا اور اس کے لئے رُسوا کر دینے والا عذاب (مقدر) ہے۔

Et celui qui désobéit à Allāh et à Son Messager, et qui transgresse Ses limites, Il le fera entrer dans le Feu ; il y demeurera longtemps et subira un châtiment humiliant.
German
Und wer Allah und Seinem Gesandten Gehorsam versagt und Seine Schranken übertritt, den führt Er ins Feuer; darin muss er bleiben; und ihm wird schmähliche Strafe.

E chiunque disobbedisca ad Allah e al Suo messaggero, e trasgredisca i Suoi limiti, Egli lo caccerà nel fuoco; là egli resterà a lungo; e gli sarà riserbato un castigo umiliante.

Pero quien desobedezca a Al-lah y a Su Mensajero y viole Sus límites, Él lo introducirá en el Fuego; allí morará, y sufrirá un castigo ignominioso.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور جو (شخص) اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کرے اور اس کی (مقرر کردہ) حدوں سے آگے نکل جائے اسے وہ آگ میں داخل کرے گا جس میں وہ ایک لمبے عرصہ[1] تک رہتا چلا جائے گا اور اس کے لئے رسوا کرنے والا عذاب (مقدر) ہے۔
جنت کے لئے بھی خُلُوْد کا لفظ آتا ہے یعنی یہ کہ جنتی ایک لمبے عرصہ تک اس میں رہیں گے اور دوزخ کے لئے خُلُوْد کا لفظ آتا ہے مگر قرآن کریم میں دوسری جگہوں پر یہ وضاحت ہے کہ جنتی جنت میں بلا وقفہ رہیں گے لیکن دوزخ کا عذاب ختم ہو جائے گا۔ اس لئے لمبے عرصہ کے معنے اس توضیح کو مدنظر رکھ کر کرنے چاہئیں۔

اور جو اللہ اور اُس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کرے گا اور اس کی مقرر کی ہوئی حدوں سے تجاوز کر جائے گا اُسے اللہ آگ میں ڈالے گا جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا اور اس کے لیے رسوا کن سزا ہے

And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and transgresses His limits - He will put him into the Fire to abide eternally therein, and he will have a humiliating punishment.

جنت کے لئے بھی خُلُوْد کا لفظ آتا ہے یعنی یہ کہ جنتی ایک لمبے عرصہ تک اس میں رہیں گے اور دوزخ کے لئے خُلُوْد کا لفظ آتا ہے مگر قرآن کریم میں دوسری جگہوں پر یہ وضاحت ہے کہ جنتی جنت میں بلا وقفہ رہیں گے لیکن دوزخ کا عذاب ختم ہو جائے گا۔ اس لئے لمبے عرصہ کے معنے اس توضیح کو مدنظر رکھ کر کرنے چاہئیں۔

But whoso disobeys God, and His Messenger, and transgresses His bounds, him He will admit to a Fire, therein dwelling forever, and for him there awaits a humbling chastisement.

Thou shalt see many of them taking the disbelievers as their friends. Surely, evil is that which they themselves have sent on before for themselves; with the result that Allah is displeased with them; and in this punishment they shall abide.

تُو ان میں سے بہتوں کو دیکھے گا کہ وہ اُن کو دوست بناتے ہیں جو کافر ہوئے۔ یقیناً بہت ہی برا ہے جو اُن کے نفوس نے ان کےلئے آگے بھیجا ہے کہ اللہ ان پر سخت ناراض ہوگیا اور وہ عذاب میں بہت لمبا عرصہ رہنے والے ہیں۔
French
Tu verras beaucoup d’entre eux prendre pour amis des mécréants. En vérité, ce qu’ils ont envoyé devant eux pour eux-mêmes est bien mauvais ; il en résulte qu’Allāh est mécontent d’eux ; et dans ce châtiment ils demeureront longtemps.
German
Du wirst sehen, wie sich viele von ihnen die Ungläubigen zu Freunden nehmen. Wahrlich, übel ist das, was sie selbst für sich vorausgeschickt haben, so dass Allah ihnen zürnt, und in der Strafe müssen sie bleiben.

你看见他们许多人把不信之徒当作 (自己的) 朋友。他们为了自己所做的真是太坏了! 结果, 安拉对他们[e]发怒; 他们势将长期遭受惩罚。

Tu vedrai molti di essi farsi amici di coloro che sono miscredenti. Certo, male è per loro ciò che loro stessi hanno mandato avanti per sé stessi; con il risultato che Allah è adirato con essi; e in questo castigo dimoreranno a lungo.

Verás a muchos de ellos tomar por amigos a los incrédulos. Ciertamente es malo para ellos lo que ellos mismos se enviaron por delante; con el resultado de que Al-lah se ha indignado con ellos, y en este castigo morarán.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
تو ان میں سے بہتوں کو دیکھے گا کہ جو (لوگ) کافر ہیں انہیں وہ (اپنا) مددگار بناتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے اپنے لئے جو کچھ اپنیمرضی سے آگے بھیجا ہے [2] وہ بہت ہی برا ہے جو یہ امر ہے کہ اللہ ان سے ناراض ہو گیا ہے اور وہ عذاب میں پڑے رہیں گے۔
یعنی آگے بھیجی ہوئی خدا کی ناراضگی ہے جو ایسی چیز نہیں کہ انسان اس کو اپنی آخرت کے لئے جمع کرے۔

Thou shalt see many of them making friends with those who disbelieve. Surely, evil is that which their souls have sent on before for themselves so that Allah is [b]displeased with them; and in this punishment they shall abide.
3:163.

Thou shalt see many of them taking the disbelievers as their friends. Surely, evil is that which they themselves have sent on before for themselves; with the result that Allah is [b]displeased with them; and in this punishment they shall abide.[711]

Important Words:
سخط (is displeased). The word سخط means, he was or became displeased or discontented; he was or became angry. They say سخط علیه i.e. he was or became displeased or discontented or angry with him. سخط الشیء means, he disliked or became discontented with the thing (Lane & Aqrab).
Commentary:
In this verse the word "disbelievers" stands for "idolaters". See note on 5:58. The clause بئس ماقدمت لھم انفسھم (evil is that which they themselves have sent on before for themselves) may also be rendered as "evil is that which their souls have brought forward, or brought to the forefront, for them", i.e. that which their souls have made to appear fair in their sight is really evil and foul.

آج تم اُن میں بکثرت ایسے لوگ دیکھتے ہو جو (اہل ایمان کے مقابلہ میں) کفار کی حمایت و رفاقت کرتے ہیں یقیناً بہت برا انجام ہے جس کی تیاری اُن کے نفسوں نے اُن کے لیے کی ہے، اللہ اُن پر غضب ناک ہو گیا ہے اور وہ دائمی عذاب میں مبتلا ہونے والے ہیں

You see many of them becoming allies of those who disbelieved. How wretched is that which they have put forth for themselves in that Allah has become angry with them, and in the punishment they will abide eternally.

تو دیکھے گا تو ان میں سے بہت سے لوگ کافروں سے دوستی رکھتے ہیں انہوں نے کیسا ہی برا سامان اپنے نفسوں کے لیے آگے بھیجا اور وہ یہ کہ ان پر الله کا غضب ہوا اور وہ ہمیشہ عذاب میں رہنے والے ہیں

And now you can see many of them taking the unbelievers (instead of the believers) for their allies. Indeed they have prepared evil for themselves. Allah is angry with them, and they shall abide in chastisement.

Important Words:
