‘Our Lord, grant forgiveness to me and to my parents and to the believers on the day when the reckoning will take place.’
38:17

وَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا عَجِّل لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ ٱلْحِسَابِ

They say, ‘Our Lord, hasten to us our portion of the punishment before the Day of Reckoning.’
38:27

يَٰدَاوُۥدُ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَٰكَ خَلِيفَةً فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱحْكُم بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ ٱلْهَوَىٰ فَيُضِلَّكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌۢ بِمَا نَسُوا۟ يَوْمَ ٱلْحِسَابِ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
‘O David, We have made thee a vicegerent in the earth; so judge between men with justice, and follow not vain desire, lest it should lead thee astray from the way of Allah.’ Surely those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment, because they forgot the Day of Reckoning.
38:54

هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِيَوْمِ ٱلْحِسَابِ

39:25

أَفَمَن يَتَّقِى بِوَجْهِهِۦ سُوٓءَ ٱلْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۚ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ ذُوقُوا۟ مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ

Day Of Reckoning (Yaumul-Hisab)Day Of Requital / Resurrection, (Yaumul-Qiyamah, Yaumud-Din, Yaumul-Akhirah, Yaumul-Ba‘th) / Punished On TheJaza’ / Recompense / Of Disbelievers, Jews, Wrongdoers, Satan

Is he, then, who has nothing but his own face to protect him with from the evil punishment on the Day of Resurrection like him who is secure? And it will be said to the wrongdoers, ‘Taste ye what you used to earn.’
39:60

بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَآءَتْكَ ءَايَٰتِى فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَٱسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

Day Of Reckoning (Yaumul-Hisab)Disbelief (Kufr) / Disbeliever, (Kuffar)Moral Traits / Arrogance, ConceitDead, Death (Maut) / Never Return

God will answer, ‘Aye, there came to thee My Signs, but thou didst treat them as lies, and thou wast arrogant, and thou wast of the disbelievers.’
40:28

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنِّى عُذْتُ بِرَبِّى وَرَبِّكُم مِّن كُلِّ مُتَكَبِّرٍ لَّا يُؤْمِنُ بِيَوْمِ ٱلْحِسَابِ

Allah / Seeking Refuge With, (A‘udhu-Billah)Day Of Reckoning (Yaumul-Hisab)

And Moses said, ‘I take refuge with my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant person who believes not in the Day of Reckoning.’
46:21

وَيَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ أَذْهَبْتُمْ طَيِّبَٰتِكُمْ فِى حَيَاتِكُمُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهَا فَٱلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ ٱلْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْسُقُونَ

And on the day when those who disbelieve will be brought before the Fire, it will be said to them, ‘You exhausted your good things in the life of the world, and you fully enjoyed them. Now this day you shall be requited with ignominious punishment because you were arrogant in the earth without justification, and because you acted rebelliously.’
58:19

يَوْمَ يَبْعَثُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ جَمِيعًا فَيَحْلِفُونَ لَهُۥ كَمَا يَحْلِفُونَ لَكُمْ ۖ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ شَىْءٍ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ ٱلْكَٰذِبُونَ

On the day when Allah will raise them all together, they will swear to Him even as they swear to you, and they will think that they have something to stand upon. Now surely it is they who are the liars.
78:4

ٱلَّذِى هُمْ فِيهِ مُخْتَلِفُونَ
