وَتَٱللَّهِ لَأَكِيدَنَّ أَصْنَٰمَكُم بَعْدَ أَن تُوَلُّوا۟ مُدْبِرِينَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
‘And, by Allah, I will certainly plan against your idols after you have gone away and turned your backs.’

اور خدا کی قسم! میں ضرور تمہارے بتوں سے کچھ تدبیر کروں گا بعد اس کے کہ تم پیٹھ پھیرتے ہوئے چلے جاؤ گے۔

Et, par Allāh, je dresserai assurément des plans contre vos idoles quand vous serez partis en nous tournant le dos. »

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اور اس نے کہا‘ خدا کی قسم! جب تم پیٹھ پھیر کر چلے جاؤ گے تو میں تمہارے بتوں کے خلاف ایک پکی تدبیر کروں گا۔
English - Short Commentary Translation
‘And, by Allah, I will certainly plan against your idols after you have gone away and turned your backs.’

Commentary:
Probably Abraham had spoken these words to himself or they give verbal expression to the plan which he had contrived in his mind practically to demonstrate the folly and falsity of the polytheistic beliefs and practices of his people.

اور خدا کی قسم میں تمہاری غیر موجودگی میں ضرور تمہارے بتوں کی خبر لوں گا"
