إِن تَمْسَسْكُمْ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَإِن تُصِبْكُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَفْرَحُوا۟ بِهَا ۖ وَإِن تَصْبِرُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْـًٔا ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
If anything good befall you, it grieves them; and if an evil befall you, they rejoice thereat. But if you be steadfast and righteous, their designs will not harm you at all; surely, Allah encompasses all that they do.
اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ
اگر تمہیں کوئی بھلائی پہنچے تو انہیں برُی لگتی ہے۔ اور اگر تمہیں کوئی مصیبت پڑے تو اس سے خوش ہوتے ہیں۔ اور اگر تم صبر کرو اور تقویٰ اختیار کرو تو ان کی تدبیر تمہیں کچھ نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گی۔ یقینا اللہ اس کو گھیرے ہوئے ہے جو وہ کرتے ہیں۔
French
Si un bien vous arrive, ils s’en affligent ; et si un malheur vous atteint, ils s’en réjouissent. Mais si vous restez fermes dans la foi d’Allāh et que vous êtes droits, leurs mauvais desseins ne vous causeront aucun tort, car Allāh cerne tout ce qu’ils font.
German
Wenn euch etwas Gutes widerfährt, so tut es ihnen wehe; widerfährt euch Böses, so frohlocken sie darob. Seid ihr aber standhaft und redlich, so werden ihre Ränke euch nichts schaden; denn wahrlich, Allah wird ihr Tun zunichte machen.

[d]如果你们获得了任何成功, 这就令他们心怀不满; 如果你们遭遇什么祸患, 则他们随即快乐。要是你们坚定、敬畏, 那么, 他们的任何 (反对的) 诡计, 一点都不会伤害你们。安拉将粉碎他们所做的一切 (行为)。

Italian
Se vi accade qualcosa di buono, ciò li addolora; e se un male si abbatte su di voi, essi ne gioiscono. Ma se sarete costanti e giusti, le loro trame non vi arrecheranno alcun danno; invero Allah avviluppa tutte le loro azioni.
Spanish
Si os ocurre algo bueno, eso les molesta; y si os ocurre algo malo se regocijan. Pero si sois perseverantes y piadosos, sus designios no os perjudicarán en absoluto; en verdad, Al-lah conoce todo lo que hacen.
اردو تفسیرِ صغیر
اگر تمہیں کوئی کامیابی حاصل ہو تو انہیں برا لگتا ہے۔ اور اگر تمہیں کوئی تکلیف پہنچے تو وہ اس سے خوش ہوتے ہیں۔ اور اگر تم صبر کرو گے اور تقویٰ اختیار کرو گے تو ان کی (مخالفانہ) چال تمہیں کچھ (بھی) نقصان نہیں پہنچائے گی اور جو کچھ وہ کرتے ہیں اللہ یقیناً اسے پارہ پارہ [1]کرنے والا ہے۔
اَحَاطَ کے معنے بالکل تباہ کر دینے کے بھی ہوتے ہیں۔ (اقرب)
English - Short Commentary Translation
[a]If anything good befalls you, it grieves them; and if an evil afflicts you, they rejoice thereat. But if you be steadfast and righteous, their designs will not harm you at all; surely, Allah encompasses all that they do.[466]
9:50.
God will bring to naught all their doings and will destroy them. Muslims should not therefore fear them. All machinations of the enemies of Islam are known to God, and He will frustrate them.

Commentary:
The enemies of Islam, both open and secret, are grieved to see the success of believers and try to minimize it. But when Muslims meet with some failure, they rejoice and try to exaggerate it. Their object is to dishearten and discourage believers.
The words, Allah encompasses their deeds, signify that God will bring to nought all their doings and destroy them. Muslims should not, therefore, fear them. All machinations of the enemies of Islam are known to God, Who will frustrate them.

تمہارا بھلا ہوتا ہے تو ان کو برا معلوم ہوتا ہے، اور تم پر کوئی مصیبت آتی ہے تو یہ خوش ہوتے ہیں مگر ان کی کوئی تدبیر تمہارے خلاف کارگر نہیں ہوسکتی بشرطیکہ تم صبر سے کام لو اور اللہ سے ڈر کر کام کرتے رہو جو کچھ یہ کر رہے ہیں اللہ اُس پر حاوی ہے
English - Sahih
If good touches you, it distresses them; but if harm strikes you, they rejoice at it. And if you are patient and fear Allah, their plot will not harm you at all. Indeed, Allah is encompassing of what they do.

اگر تمہیں کوئی بھلائی پہنچے توانہیں بری لگتی ہے اور اگر تمہیں کوئی تکلیف پہنچے تو اس سے خوش ہوتے ہیں اور اگر تم صبر کرو اور پرہیزگاری کرو تو ان کے فریب سے تمہارا کچھ نہ بگڑے گا بے شک الله ان کے اعمال پر احاطہ کرنے والا ہے
