God said, ‘O Iblis, what is the matter with thee that thou wouldst not be among those who submit?’

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اس نے کہا اے ابلیس! تجھے کیا ہوا کہ تو سجدہ کرنے والوں کے ساتھ شامل نہیں ہوا؟

French

Allāh dit : « Ô Iblīs, qu’as-tu à ne pas vouloir être parmi ceux qui se soumettent ? »

German

(Gott) sprach: "O Iblis, was ist dir, dass du nicht unter den Niederfallenden sein wolltest?"

Chinese

[e](安拉) 说: “伊布利司啊! 你为什么不随众叩头?”

Italian

Dio disse: «O Iblis, che cos'hai che non sei fra quelli che si sottomettono?»

Spanish

Dios dijo: “Oh, Iblis, ¿qué te ocurre que no estás entre los que se someten?”.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

(اس پر خدا نے) فرمایا (کہ) اے ابلیس! تجھے کیا ہوا کہ تو (خالص اس کے حضور) سجدہ کرنے والوں کے ساتھ نہیں ہوتا۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

[c]God said, ‘O Iblis, what has happened to thee[1496A] that thou wouldst not be among those who submit?’

English - Five Volume Translation

[a]God said, ‘O Iblis, what is the matter with thee that thou wouldst not be among those who submit?’

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

رب نے پوچھا "اے ابلیس، تجھے کیا ہوا کہ تو نے سجدہ کرنے والوں کا ساتھ نہ دیا؟

English - Sahih

[Allah] said, O Iblees, what is [the matter] with you that you are not with those who prostrate?"

اردو ترجمہ احمد علی

فرمایا اے ابلیس! تجھے کیا ہوا کہ سجدہ کرنے والوں کے ساتھ نہ ہوا

English - Talal Itani

He said, "O Iblis! What (is) for you that not you are with those who prostrated?"
