37:99

فَأَرَادُوا۟ بِهِۦ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَٰهُمُ ٱلْأَسْفَلِينَ

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

Thus they intended an evil design against him, but We made them most humiliated.

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

پس انہوں نے اس کے متعلق ایک (ظالمانہ) تدبیر کی تو ہم نے انہیں سخت ذلیل کر دیا۔

French

Ainsi ils montèrent un complot contre lui, mais Nous leur fîmes subir la pire humiliation.

German

Sie planten einen Anschlag gegen ihn, allein Wir machten sie zu den Niedrigsten.

[e]这样, 他们打算了反对他的 (罪恶) 计划, 但我使他们变成最羞辱的。

Così progettarono un piano iniquo contro di lui, ma Noi li umiliammo grandemente.

De este modo tramaron malévolamente contra él, pero los humillamos profundamente.

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور انہوں نے اس سے ایک چالاکی[2] کرنی چاہی مگر ہم نے ان کو نہایت رسوا کر دیا۔

کَیْدٌ کا لفظ جب خداتعالیٰ کے لئے آئے تو اس کے معنے محض تدبیر کے ہوتے ہیں۔ لیکن اگر انسان کے لئے ہو تو اس کے معنے چالاکی کے ہوتے ہیں۔

[d]Thus they designed an evil design against him, but We made them most humiliated.[2496]

21:71.

As the enemies of Abraham were frustrated in their plans against him, they had a deep feeling of humiliation.

As the enemies of Abraham were frustrated in their plans against him, they had a deep feeling of humiliation.

اردو ترجمہ مودودی

انہوں نے اس کے خلاف ایک کاروائی کرنی چاہی تھی، مگر ہم نے انہی کو نیچا دکھا دیا

And they intended for him a plan, but We made them the most debased.

پس انہوں نے اس سے داؤ کرنے کا ارادہ کیا سو ہم نے انہیں ذلیل کر دیا
