84:22

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقُرْءَانُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ ۩

English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ^ra

And when the Qur’an is recited unto them, they do not bow down in submission;

اردو ترجمہ مرزا طاہر احمد خلیفة المسیح الرابعؒ

اور جب اُن پر قرآن پڑھا جاتا ہے تو سجدہ نہیں کرتے۔

اردو تفسیرِ صغیر

اور جب ان کے سامنے قرآن پڑھا جائے‘ تو سجدہ نہیں کرتے۔

English - Short Commentary Translation

And when the Qur’an is recited unto them, they do not bow in submission;

And when the Quran is recited unto them, they do not bow in submission;[4655]

Commentary:

The allusion in the verse may be to the renaissance of Islam in the Latter Days and the bringing back of faith from the Pleiades by a man of Persian descent—the Promised Messiah, which, as it were, will amount to the Quran being revealed again. Instead of being grateful to God for this great boon, the disbelievers will oppose him and reject the Divine Message.
