اَلَّذِیۡۤ اَنۡقَضَ ظَہۡرَکَ
穆圣背负起瘁心劳身的重任, 这是任何人都未曾担当过的, 首先是使一个堕落的宗族从道德沦丧的深渊上升到精神美德的顶峰, 然后通过他们涤除全人类的罪恶、无知和妄念等渣滓。这确是一个非凡的重托, 这重托几乎将他压垮了, 但安拉却减轻了他的负荷。
یعنی شریعتِ کامل تجھ پر اتار دی ہے تا کہ خدا کی ہدایت کی روشنی میں چلے اور حیران نہ ہو۔
آپ اسی گھبراہٹ میں غارِ حرا میں جاتے تھے کہ میں اپنی عقل سے خداتعالیٰ کو پانے اور قوم کی اصلاح میں کس طرح کامیاب ہو سکوں گا۔ خداتعالیٰ نے اپنی خاص ہدایت یعنی قرآن مجید کے ذریعہ گھبراہٹ کو دُور کر دیا جیسے کہ سورۃ علق میں تفصیل آتی ہے۔
The Holy Prophet had been saddled with such nerve-racking and backbreaking task as had never been entrusted to any human being, i.e. first to raise a degenerate people from the depths of moral turpitude to the pinnacle of spiritual excellence and, then through them to cleanse and purify the whole of mankind of the dross of iniquity, ignorance and superstition. This was indeed, a very heavy responsibility which had almost crushed him under its weight, but God lightened his burden.
Commentary:
The Holy Prophet had been saddled with such a nerve-racking and back-breaking task as had never been entrusted to a human being, i.e. first to raise a degenerate people from the depths of moral turpitude to the peaks of spiritual excellence and, then through them to cleanse and purify the whole of mankind of the dross of iniquity, ignorance and superstition. This was indeed a very heavy responsibility which had almost crushed the Prophet under its weight, but God lightened his burden in that He gave him devoted and sincere Companions who shared his burden and helped him in the discharge of his manifold and hard duties.
