2:218

يَسْـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلشَّهْرِ ٱلْحَرَامِ قِتَالٍ فِيهِ ۖ قُلْ قِتَالٌ فِيهِ كَبِيرٌ ۖ وَصَدٌّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَكُفْرٌۢ بِهِۦ وَٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ وَإِخْرَاجُ أَهْلِهِۦ مِنْهُ أَكْبَرُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَٱلْفِتْنَةُ أَكْبَرُ مِنَ ٱلْقَتْلِ ۗ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ ۚ وَمَن يَرْتَدِدْ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِۦ فَيَمُتْ وَهُوَ كَافِرٌ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۖ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

Abide (Baqa) / Will In HellAfterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment For (Kuffar) InApostate (Murtad) / Punishment For AnDisorder (Fitnah, Fasad)Fire (An-Nar) / Of HellHaram / SacredInmates Of FireMonths (Shahr)MosqueMuhammad(sa) / And DisbelieversPersecutionQurayshWar (Qital) / Conditions ForWar (Qital) / To End Disorder, And Achieve PeaceMuslims / Repugnance To War
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
They ask thee about fighting in the Sacred Month. Say: ‘Fighting therein is a great transgression, but to hinder men from the way of Allah, and to be ungrateful to Him and to hinder men from the Sacred Mosque, and to turn out its people therefrom, is a greater sin with Allah; and persecution is worse than killing.’ And they will not cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith, if they can. And whoso from among you turns back from his faith and dies while he is a disbeliever, it is they whose works shall be vain in this world and the next. These are the inmates of the Fire and therein shall they abide.
3:57

فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَأُعَذِّبُهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment For (Kuffar) InAllah / Punishes Wrong-Doers, DisbelieversDisbelief (Kufr) / Punishment Of A

‘Then as for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and in the next, and they shall have no helpers.
17:11

وَأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ أَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا

And that for those who do not believe in what is to come later We have prepared a grievous punishment.
23:75

وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ عَنِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ لَنَٰكِبُونَ

And those who believe not in the Hereafter, are indeed deviating from that path.
27:5

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ

As to those who believe not in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds appear beautiful to them, so they are wandering blindly.
27:6

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ ٱلْعَذَابِ وَهُمْ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ هُمُ ٱلْأَخْسَرُونَ

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment InAfterlife (Akhirah) / Rewards Of Righteous Shall Not Perish InLosers (Khasirun)Afterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment For (Kuffar) InAfterlife (Akhirah) / Those Who Reject Have No Real KnowledgeDay Of Requital / Resurrection, (Yaumul-Qiyamah, Yaumud-Din, Yaumul-Akhirah, Yaumul-Ba‘th) / Rejection Of

It is they who shall have a grievous torment, and they alone it is who shall be the greatest losers in the Hereafter.
30:17

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَلِقَآئِ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment For (Kuffar) InAllah / Meeting With, (Liqa’)Day Of Requital / Resurrection, (Yaumul-Qiyamah, Yaumud-Din, Yaumul-Akhirah, Yaumul-Ba‘th) / Rejection Of

But as for those who disbelieved and rejected Our Signs and the meeting of the Hereafter, these will be brought forth in punishment.
34:9

أَفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَم بِهِۦ جِنَّةٌۢ ۗ بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ وَٱلضَّلَٰلِ ٱلْبَعِيدِ

Afterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment InAfterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment For (Kuffar) InAllah / Who Forges Lie Against, (Iftara’)Day Of Requital / Resurrection, (Yaumul-Qiyamah, Yaumud-Din, Yaumul-Akhirah, Yaumul-Ba‘th) / Rejection OfMessengers (Rusul) / Are Mocked, Opposed, Called Liars, Madmen, Sorcerers

‘Has he forged a lie against Allah or is he afflicted with madness?’ Nay, but it is those who believe not in the Hereafter that are suffering from the punishment and are too far gone in error.
35:8

ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ

Actions (A‘mal) / RewardedAfterlife (Akhirah) / Punishment For (Kuffar) InAllah / Promised Forgiveness, RewardForgiveness (‘Afw) / Allah GrantsForgiveness (‘Afw) / PromisedJaza’ / Recompense / Of Believers, Of RighteousRighteous (Salihin) / Rewarded

For those who disbelieve there is a severe punishment. And for those who believe and do good works there is forgiveness and a great reward.
