أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَٰتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَٰبِعَهُمْ فِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِم مِّنَ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقِ حَذَرَ ٱلْمَوْتِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ مُحِيطٌۢ بِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

Allah / Encompasses The DisbelieversDarkness / Spiritual, (Zulumat, Lail)Fear / Cast Into DisbelieversHeaven (Sama’) / As A RoofParable Of / Rain & LightningRainDisbelief (Kufr)Ears / Of DisbelieversHypocrites (Munafiqin)
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Or it is like a heavy rain from the clouds, wherein is thick darkness and thunder and lightning; they put their fingers into their ears because of the thunderclaps for fear of death, and Allah encompasses the disbelievers.
8:48

وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ خَرَجُوا۟ مِن دِيَٰرِهِم بَطَرًا وَرِئَآءَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ

Allah / Encompasses The DisbelieversWay Of (Sabil) / Hindering From The Allah

And be not like those who came forth from their homes boastfully, and to be seen of men, and who turn men away from the path of Allah, and Allah encompasses all that they do.
85:20

بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى تَكْذِيبٍ

Allah / Encompasses The DisbelieversDisbelief (Kufr) / Disbeliever, (Kuffar)

Nay, but those who disbelieve persist in rejecting the truth.
85:21

وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ

Allah / Encompasses The DisbelieversDisbelief (Kufr) / Disbeliever, (Kuffar)
