وَسِيقَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا ۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَٰبُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا ۚ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And those who disbelieve will be driven to Hell in troops until, when they reach it, its gates will be opened, and its Keepers will say to them: ‘Did not Messengers from among yourselves come to you, reciting unto you the Signs of your Lord, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?’ They will say, ‘Yea, but the sentence of punishment has become justly due against the disbelievers.’

اور وہ لوگ جنہوں نے کفر کیا گروہ در گروہ جہنم کی طرف ہانکے جائیں گے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب وہ اس کے پاس آجائیں گے اس کے دروازے کھول دیئے جائیں گے اور اس کے داروغے ان سے کہیں گے کیا تمہارے پاس تم ہی میں سے رسول نہیں آئے تھے جو تم پر تمہارے ربّ کی آیات کی تلاوت کرتے تھے اور تمہیں تمہارے اِس دن کی لقا سے ڈرایا کرتے تھے؟ وہ کہیں گے کیوں نہیں۔ لیکن عذاب کا فرمان کافروں پر یقیناً صادق آگیا۔

Et ceux qui ne croient pas seront poussés en troupes vers l’Enfer, jusqu’à ce qu’ils y arrivent ; alors ses portes seront ouvertes, et ses Gardiens leur diront : « Des Messagers, de parmi vous-mêmes, ne vous sont-ils pas venus, vous récitant les Signes de votre Seigneur, et vous avertissant de la rencontre de votre jour que voici ? » lls diront : « Si ; » mais le décret du châtiment devait se réaliser contre les mécréants.

Und die Ungläubigen werden in Scharen zur Hölle getrieben werden, bis dass, wenn sie sie erreichen, ihre Pforten sich öffnen und ihre Wächter zu ihnen sprechen: "Sind nicht Gesandte aus eurer Mitte zu euch gekommen, euch die Zeichen eures Herrn vorzutragen und euch zu warnen vor dem Eintreffen dieses eures Tags?" Sie werden sprechen: "Ja! Doch das Strafurteil ist fällig geworden nach Gerechtigkeit wider die Ungläubigen."

اور کافروں کو جہنم کی طرف گروہ در گروہ بنا کر ہنکایا جائے گا یہاں تک کہ جب وہ اس کے پاس پہنچ جائیں گے تو اس کے دروازے کھول دیئے جائیں گے اور ان (کافروں) سے اس (دوزخ) کے داروغے کہیں گے۔ کیا تمہاری طرف تمہاری ہی قوم میں سے رسول نہیں آئے تھے جو تمہارے سامنے تمہارے رب کی آیات پڑھ کر سناتے تھے اور آج کے دن کی ملاقات سے تم کو ہوشیار کرتے تھے؟ وہ کہیں گے ہاں! ایسا ہی ہوا تھا۔ لیکن کافروں پر عذاب کی پیشگوئی پوری ہونی ہی تھی (یعنی ہم کافر تھے ہم رسولوں کو کس طرح مان سکتے تھے) ۔

Commentary:
This and the next few verses deal with the end and destiny of both believers and disbelievers. The disbelievers end by burning in the fire of frustration, failure and regrets in this world, and in the fire of Hell in the next world.
اردو ترجمہ مودودی
(اِس فیصلہ کے بعد) وہ لوگ جنہوں نے کفر کیا تھا جہنم کی طرف گروہ در گروہ ہانکے جائیں گے، یہاں تک کہ جب وہ وہاں پہنچیں گے تو اس کے دروازے کھولے جائیں گے اور اُس کے کارندے ان سے کہیں گے "کیا تمہارے پاس تمہارے اپنے لوگوں میں سے ایسے رسول نہیں آئے تھے، جنہوں نے تم کو تمہارے رب کی آیات سنائی ہوں اور تمہیں اس بات سے ڈرایا ہو کہ ایک وقت تمہیں یہ دن بھی دیکھنا ہوگا؟" وہ جواب دیں گے "ہاں، آئے تھے، مگر عذاب کا فیصلہ کافروں پر چپک گیا"

And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups until, when they reach it, its gates are opened and its keepers will say, "Did there not come to you messengers from yourselves, reciting to you the verses of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "Yes, but the word of punishment has come into effect upon the disbelievers.

اور جو کافر ہیں دوزخ کی طرف گروہ گروہ ہانکے جائیں گے یہاں تک کہ جب اسکے پاس آئیں گے تو اس کے دروازے کھول دیے جائیں گے اور ان سے اس کے داروغہ کہیں گے کیا تمہارے پاس تم ہی میں سے رسول نہیں آئےتھے جو تمہیں تمہارے رب کی آیتیں پڑھ کر سناتے تھے اور آج کے دن کےپیش آنے سے تمہیں ڈراتے تھے کہیں گے ہاں لیکن عذاب کا حکم (علم ازلی میں) منکرو ں پر ہو چکا تھا

And (will) be driven those who disbelieve to Hell (in) groups until when they reach it, (will) be opened its gates and (will) say to them its keepers, "Did not come to you Messengers from you reciting to you (the) Verses (of) your Lord and warning you (of the) meeting (of) your Day this?" Then the unbelievers shall be driven in companies into Gehenna till, when they have come thither, then its gates will be opened and its keepers will say to them, 'Did not Messengers come to you from among yourselves, reciting to you the signs of your Lord and warning you against the encounter of this your day?' They shall say, 'Yes indeed; but the word of the chastisement has been realized against the unbelievers.'

اور جو لوگ تقویٰ کرتے تھے ان کو جنت کی طرف گروہ در گروہ دھکیل[1] کر لے جایا جائے گا۔ یہاں تک کہ جب وہ جنت تک پہنچ جائیں گے تو اس کے دروازے کھول دیئے جائیں گے اور اس کے داروغے ان سے کہیں گے تم پر ہمیشہ سلامتی ہو تم بڑی اچھی حالت کو پہنچے ہو۔ پس اس (جنت) میں داخل ہو جاؤ اس فیصلہ کے ساتھ کہ تم ہمیشہ اس میں رہو گے۔
جنت کی طرف جانے والا تو دوڑ کے جاتا ہے‘ مگرا س جگہ دھکیلنے کا لفظ استعمال کیا گیا ہے۔ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ جب تک نتیجہ ظاہر نہ ہو انسان پر خوف غالب رہتا ہے اور وہ ہر قدم احتیاط سے اٹھاتا ہے۔

And those who feared their Lord will be conducted to Heaven in groups until, when they reach it, and its gates are opened, and its Keepers say to them, [a]‘Peace be upon you! be ye happy, and enter it abiding therein.’[3489]
13:25.
Commentary:
The righteous and the God-fearing will have success, honour and prosperity bestowed upon them in this life, and they will make unceasing spiritual progress and will bask forever in the sun of Divine pleasure and bliss in the life to come.
The word طبتم may also mean, because you led good and pure lives.

اور جو لوگ اپنے رب کی نافرمانی سے پرہیز کرتے تھے انہیں گروہ در گروہ جنت کی طرف لے جایا جائے گا یہاں تک کہ جب وہ وہاں پہنچیں گے، اور اس کے دروازے پہلے ہی کھولے جا چکے ہوں گے، تو اُس کے منتظمین ان سے کہیں گے کہ "سلام ہو تم پر، بہت اچھے رہے، داخل ہو جاؤ اس میں ہمیشہ کے لیے"

اور وہ لوگ جو اپنے رب سے ڈرتے رہے جنت کی طرف گرو ہ گروہ لے جانے جائیں گے یہاں تک کہ جب وہ اس کے پا پہنچ جائیں گے اور اس کے دروازے کھلے ہوئے ہوں گے اور ان سے اس کے داروغہ کہیں گے تم پر سلام ہو تم اچھے لوگ ہو اس میں ہمیشہ کے لیے داخل ہو جاؤ
