مَن كَفَرَ بِٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ إِيمَٰنِهِۦٓ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُۥ مُطْمَئِنٌّۢ بِٱلْإِيمَٰنِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِٱلْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

Allah / Does Not Compel In Matters Of FaithAnger (Ghadab) / Allah’s WrathApostate (Murtad) / No Compulsion In ReligionApostate (Murtad) / Punishment For AnBelief (Iman) / Recantation OfBreast (Fu‘ad, Qalb)ConcealmentHeart (Sadr, Fu’ad, Qalb) / Tranquility Of, Peace OfItminan / SatisfactionKufr / DisbeliefShi‘ah
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Whoso disbelieves in Allah after he has believed — save him who is forced thereto while his heart finds peace in the faith — but such as open their breasts to disbelief, on them is Allah’s wrath; and they shall have a severe punishment.
16:109

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَٰرِهِمْ ۖ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْغَٰفِلُونَ

Allah / Sets A Seal On Their Hearts, (Khatama), (Taba‘a)Belief (Iman) / Recantation OfEars / Disbelievers Do Not HearHeart (Sadr, Fu’ad, Qalb) / Sealed, Veiled, Rusted, Blind, Straitened

It is they on whose hearts and ears and eyes Allah has set a seal. And it is they who are the heedless.
16:110

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمْ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ

Losers (Khasirun)Belief (Iman) / Recantation Of

Undoubtedly, it is they who will be the losers in the Hereafter.
16:111

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا فُتِنُوا۟ ثُمَّ جَٰهَدُوا۟ وَصَبَرُوٓا۟ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

Then, surely, thy Lord — to those who fled their homes after they had been persecuted and then struggled hard in the cause of Allah and remained steadfast — aye, surely, after that thy Lord is Most Forgiving, Merciful.
