ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ وَٱلْقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْمُنفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِٱلْأَسْحَارِ

The steadfast, and the truthful, and the humble, and those who spend in the way of God, and those who seek forgiveness in the latter part of the night.
3:22

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

Believers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahGlad Tidings (Bushra) / To Non-BelieversKillingProphets(as,Anbiya’) / Slaying Of
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Surely, those who deny the Signs of Allah and seek to kill the Prophets unjustly, and seek to kill such men as enjoin equity — announce to them a painful punishment.
5:95

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَيَبْلُوَنَّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِشَىْءٍ مِّنَ ٱلصَّيْدِ تَنَالُهُۥٓ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَرِمَاحُكُمْ لِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَخَافُهُۥ بِٱلْغَيْبِ ۚ فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُۥ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Believers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahUnseen / Secret, Hidden / Believers Fear The
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
O ye who believe! Allah will surely try you in a little matter: the game which your hands and your lances can reach, so that Allah may distinguish those who fear Him in secret. Whoso, therefore, will transgress after this shall have a grievous punishment.
14:15

وَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِى وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ

Allah / Reference To As 'We' Or 'Me'Believers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahFear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)Promise / Warning, (Wa‘id)

‘And We will, surely, make you dwell in the land after them. This is for him who fears to stand before My Tribunal and fears My warning.’
20:4

إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةً لِّمَن يَخْشَىٰ

But as an exhortation for him who fears God,
21:50

ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَهُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّاعَةِ مُشْفِقُونَ

Those who fear their Lord in secret, and who dread the Hour of Judgment.
23:58

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ رَبِّهِم مُّشْفِقُونَ

Believers (Mu’min) / Believe In Allah, AngelsBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahFear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)

Verily, those who fear their Lord, holding Him in reverence,
24:53

وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَيَخْشَ ٱللَّهَ وَيَتَّقْهِ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَآئِزُونَ

Allah / Obey And His MessengerBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahFear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)Obedience / To Allah And Holy Prophet(sa)Punishment / Shield AgainstSuccess (Fauz), (Ghalabah)Muhammad(sa) / Authority OfMuhammad(sa) / Finality OfObey / Allah, Messenger
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And whoso obeys Allah and His Messenger, and fears Allah, and takes Him as a shield for protection, it is they who will be successful.
33:36

إِنَّ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَٱلْمُسْلِمَٰتِ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ وَٱلْقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْقَٰنِتَٰتِ وَٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّٰدِقَٰتِ وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّٰبِرَٰتِ وَٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ وَٱلْخَٰشِعَٰتِ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقَٰتِ وَٱلصَّٰٓئِمِينَ وَٱلصَّٰٓئِمَٰتِ وَٱلْحَٰفِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَٱلْحَٰفِظَٰتِ وَٱلذَّٰكِرِينَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَٱلذَّٰكِرَٰتِ أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

Allah / Promised Forgiveness, RewardBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahBelievers (Mu’min) / Who Enjoin GoodChastityEquality Of ManForgiveness (‘Afw) / Allah GrantsForgiveness (‘Afw) / PromisedJaza’ / Recompense / Of Believers, Of RighteousMoral Traits / ChastityMoral Traits / Humility, HumblenessMoral Traits / SteadfastnessMoral Traits / TruthfulnessObey / Allah, MessengerObey / Holy Prophet(sa)Patience (Sabr) / Sign Of A (Mu’min)Remember / AllahSubmitTruthful (Sadiq)Woman (Nisa’) / Equality Of

Surely, men who submit themselves to God and women who submit themselves to Him, and believing men and believing women, and obedient men and obedient women and truthful men and truthful women, and men steadfast in their faith and steadfast women, and men who are humble and women who are humble, and men who give alms and women who give alms, and men who fast and women who fast, and men who guard their chastity and women who guard their chastity, and men who remember Allah much and women who remember Him — Allah has prepared for all of them forgiveness and a great reward.
33:40

ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَٰلَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَخْشَوْنَهُۥ وَلَا يَخْشَوْنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبًا

Allah / Is SufficientAttributes Of Allah / Al-Hasib (The Reckoner)Believers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahFear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)Prophethood / Functions OfProphets(as,Anbiya’) / Fear Only Allah
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Those who delivered the Messages of Allah and feared Him, and feared none but Allah. And sufficient is Allah as a Reckoner.
35:19

وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۚ وَإِن تَدْعُ مُثْقَلَةٌ إِلَىٰ حِمْلِهَا لَا يُحْمَلْ مِنْهُ شَىْءٌ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰٓ ۗ إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ ۚ وَمَن تَزَكَّىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَتَزَكَّىٰ لِنَفْسِهِۦ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ

Actions (A‘mal) / Each Responsible For His OwnAtonement / Refutation Of The Doctrine OfBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahBurden / For Each His OwnFear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)Unseen / Secret, HiddenUnseen / Secret, Hidden / Believers Fear The
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
And no burdened soul can bear the burden of another; and if a heavily laden soul call another to bear its load, naught of it shall be carried by the other, even though he be a kinsman. Thou canst warn only those who fear their Lord in secret and observe Prayer. And whoso purifies himself, purifies himself only to his own advantage; and to Allah shall be the return.
36:12

إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلذِّكْرَ وَخَشِىَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ ۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَأَجْرٍ كَرِيمٍ

Allah / Promised Forgiveness, RewardBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahFear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)Fear / No On The BelieversForgiveness (‘Afw) / Allah GrantsForgiveness (‘Afw) / PromisedGlad Tidings (Bushra) / To Believers, Pious, FearfulJaza’ / Recompense / Of Believers, Of RighteousUnseen / Secret, HiddenUnseen / Secret, Hidden / Believers Fear The

Thou canst warn only him who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God in secret. So give him the glad tidings of forgiveness and a noble reward.
39:10

أَمَّنْ هُوَ قَٰنِتٌ ءَانَآءَ ٱلَّيْلِ سَاجِدًا وَقَآئِمًا يَحْذَرُ ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ وَيَرْجُوا۟ رَحْمَةَ رَبِّهِۦ ۗ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِى ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ۗ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ

Adoration (Sabbih), Praise, Exalt, Pray, Glorify (Sabbih), Praise, Exalt, Pray, GlorifyAllah / Remembrance OfBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahKnowledge (‘Ilm) / Allah BestowsKnowledge (‘Ilm) / And IgnorantNight / For PrayersRija’ / Hopes To Meet Allah
English - Hazrat Molavi Sher Ali ra
Is he who prays devoutly to God in the hours of the night, prostrating himself and standing, and fears the Hereafter and hopes for the mercy of his Lord, like him who does not do so? Say, ‘Are those who know equal to those who know not?’ Verily, only those endowed with understanding will take heed.
42:39

وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَجَابُوا۟ لِرَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَىٰ بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ

Allah / Spend In The Way OfBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahBelievers (Mu’min) / Observe PrayersCaliph (Khalifah) / No (Khilafah) Without ConsultationConsultation (Shura)State / ConsultationMoral Traits / Forgiveness

And those who hearken to their Lord, and observe Prayer, and whose affairs are decided by mutual consultation, and who spend out of what We have provided for them,
50:34

مَّنْ خَشِىَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَجَآءَ بِقَلْبٍ مُّنِيبٍ

‘Who feared the Gracious God in private and came to Him with a penitent heart.
55:47

وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ

But for him who fears to stand before his Lord there are two Gardens —
67:13

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَيْبِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ

Verily, those who fear their Lord in secret — for them is forgiveness and a great reward.
79:41

وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفْسَ عَنِ ٱلْهَوَىٰ

Allah / FearBelievers (Mu’min) / Fear AllahDesire (Evil, Low), (Hawa)Fear / Of Allah, (Khashi‘ah)Maqam

But as for him who fears to stand before his Lord, and restrains his soul from evil desires,
